FB Posting Instructions:

There are 2 basic methods for advertising on Facebook that I use.

First is to post your ads directly into fb groups. To do it, you have to join groups. Best choose groups that are about online and home work, networking, marketing, advertising and related categories.

To join a group, click on the “join” link button of each group you want to join. Usually it takes up to 24 hours to be approved by the owner/admin of the group. Once accepted you will be able to start posting advertising messages.

I also have noticed that get better response to my ads when post them in the evening (US time), but you can also post any other time of the day.

The second method is to send you ad directly to other fb members that advertise their sites.

IMPORTANT: Do not send ads to the first person of the group. He stays at the top of all posts, and usually is the owner/admin of the group.

Best send your ad to people that advertise business/home work related sites. Best is to send messages to people that have posted ads in the last 15-20 minutes. You will get most replies from them.

Whether you will send your ads directly with your link or using the autopilot system option, depends on you. I myself use to post and send ads mostly using the autopilot option, and recommend you to use this method too. It takes more time to chat with fb members, but delivers much higher income. So, if you like chatting on fb with other people, this is excellent opportunity for you.

If you post ads directly with your link, have in mind that fb allows you to post one link and image 50 times per 24 hours. After that you may have to use different link and image (to use the same image you can rename it).

You will be getting responses to your autopilot address and directly to fb. Be sure to collect emails of people that have contacted your autopilot and send follow ups to them. To people contacted you on fb, you can send follow ups directly from fb. Your follow ups can be short messages of your own, reminding prospects about your EPS site, and asking whether prospects have questions or need assistance.

Be sure to point out the advantages of your program over other programs.

Very often prospects ask how they will earn from the program. Here’s an answer in short.

  1. Work for any of the companies listed into the home work directory.
  2. Promote your program with site like yours.
  3. Use the traffic resources the program offer to promote any other site(s) online.

Anyone, can use one, two or all of these three earning options.

And the last, be sure to use the copy and paste technique when posting ads, replying to prospects, etc. It will save you much, much time and make life much more easier.

Just save the most common answers you use to send to prospects into your Notepad file, and when you get a question, copy and paste the relevant answer. If needed make minor changes before sending, as inserting the particular person’s name.

When you get some income from EPS, you can also consider below program which is similar to your program, but with more traffic resourses, autoposting tools and higher income potential.

MORE USEFUL TIPS!

In case you have problems with people accusing you of spam, when sending direct ads to other members, you can use below tactic to solve such problem.

First request info about their programs, and when get an answer, reply with your site link.

Below short messages you can use to send directly to other people advertising their sites on FB. Nobody will acuse you of spamming, because you are requesting info from other advertisers. When you get info from the people you have written to, then reply with short “thank you” message and your link.

How do you find the best interests to target for your Facebook ad campaigns?

show you how to use all the data you collected to improve your Facebook ad campaigns.

The better results you get in terms of finding a fan page that has your audience, is highly engaged and has fewer competitors. Broader keywords and like by association keywords can be used effectively by layering them on top of each other.

Within the “Detailed targeting”-field, Facebook allows you to use OR and AND statements.

  • Go to the page or group and check out the about section for keywords (and tags) that are used to the describe it.
  • Set up a campaign where you target keyword #1 AND keyword #2 AND keyword #3 or however many you see fit from your research – obviously, the more you pick the more specific you can target.
  • Facebook has added an exclude option that as the name says gives you the option to select an interest and exclude people who like other interests from it.
  • If you are in the fishing niche you could target something like the magazine Outdoor Life and use the exclude function to exclude the audiences you don’t want such as hunters, trail runners, and hikers.
  • Remove the country targeting and set all other targeting settings to default (see screenshot above)
  • Open the fan page in a separate tab as if you would browse it normally on Facebook

Compare the number of likes on the fan page to the “monthly active people in” in Audience Insights.

Often I’ve found that keywords written purely with lowercase are more likely to be a “like by association” interest than if they are spelled normally (with the first letter in the word being uppercase and the result lowercase).

If you are targeting something that has official statistics (for example teachers in America), try to research how many people there are in the country and compare it to the amount you have found in Audience Insights.

Has Audience Insights found more people than the official statistics? – then it must be a like by association-interest.

If you search for the page on Facebook and it looks like the one below, it’s a buzzword and not an actual fan page.

In the Facebook Ads Manager, you can create Custom Audiences of the people who:

  • Engaged with your Facebook Page posts
  • Visited your website and specific landing pages
  • Downloaded a lead magnet via your Lead Ads
  • Engaged with your app
  • Are included in your email lists or customer files
Facebook ad targeting:

There are a ton of targeting options and combinations out there. Facebook offers so many ways to target potential customers, there’s a right advertising option for every business.

On Facebook, you can target people who have expressed an interest in or like pages related to another page or topic. This is interest-based targeting, although it is commonly confused with “likes” targeting.

Our online behavior tells platforms a lot about our buying intentions. By combining data from different sources, Facebook is able to tell who is in the process of buying a given product.

If you want to sell a product or service that is tied to affordability, this method is extremely useful. Listed under Demographics, this targeting option allows you to select among Income, Net Worth and Liquid Assets.

Instead of simply targeting geographic areas, add age groups and gender to the mix. For example, target men ages 25-35 who live in New York City.

This is based on the first information people share when they create a Facebook profile: age, gender and city they live in. Targeting people based on where they live can also be a great substitute for targeting certain income levels, because it presumes a certain quality of life.

For products or services that are ideal for people who work in a given industry or have a specific job, use industries or job title for the targeting method. For example, target “Employed in Arts, entertainment, sports and media.”

Just as Facebook can target people who are planning to buy something specific (like a car), the platform is also able to target people based on their homeownership status.

However, Facebook classifies homeownership as a demographic and not as a behavior, as it does with cars and other products. Target homeowners, renters or first-time homebuyers.

Zeroing in on education level, academic field and other related topics is a great targeting method for products that are not appropriate for the entire population. Hone in on college grads, doctorate degrees and people who studied something specific.

For example, to market a professional résumé-building service for graduates, use this method to eliminate traffic that doesn’t match your user profile.

Education is a subcategory of Demographics.

If appropriate for your brand, target Ethnic Affinities, such as African American, Asian American or Hispanic. This option is available under Demographics.

Many ecommerce sites have parents and kids as a primary audience.

Facebook not only allows targeting of parents, it lets you narrow the parents based on the age of their kids.

Baby Boomers, Generation X and Millennials pretty much define three completely different customer behaviors. They definitively help to narrow down the targeting options of many businesses.

This category targets people with an anniversary within 30 days. Since there is a deadline to a couple’s milestone, it’s an excellent opportunity to drive people to a sale.

Just like those about to celebrate an anniversary, it’s also possible to target the friends of people who have an upcoming birthday. It’s in the Friends subcategory in Life Events.

Targeting a long-distance relationship is another great way for businesses and service providers to sell more gifts and vouchers.

Other life events that may interest businesses are people away from family or home.

Facebook seems to be using location information in accounts to retrieve this data for advertising purposes.

People who just started a new job or got promoted at their existing one could be good targets for a clothing or accessory company. They may want to dress to impress at their new gig and may shop online.

Marketing to online buyers in households with many lifetime online purchases is much better than targeting just anyone, especially people who are unlikely to complete an online purchase.

Target people living in houses worth more than $1 million if your business offers premium goods or services such as home insurance.

Home values are included in Demographics under Home Type in the subcategory Home Value.

People who connect to Facebook from gaming consoles can be targeted with Facebook ads. You can even target people who have played a game on Facebook within the past 14 days.

If you have a tech product or service that could improve business and productivity for page admins, target them.

Facebook allows you to target people based on the mobile device they use to log into Facebook.

In Conclusion

Facebook is a goldmine of data and is definitely a good choice for the vast majority of businesses. This is just a selection of target audiences, among hundreds of options, available to anyone using the Facebook Ads interface.

Facebook ads are effective. Take the time to research different target methods to find the ones that best fit with your business, so you can create successful Facebook ad campaigns.

Boost blog traffic with keyword Selection and How to SEO:

Keyword

One of the biggest sources of traffic to your blog will be search engines, particularly Google. You can boost the traffic that comes to your blogs from search engines by implementing search engine optimization (SEO) tricks into your blog layout and writing. You can get started by doing some keyword research and determining which keywords selection are likely to drive the most traffic to your blog. Then focus on incorporating those keywords selection into your blog posts using the tricks below.

01

Use keywords in your blog post title.

People Images/Getty Images

One of the best ways to incorporate keywords into your blog posts is to use them in your blog post titles. However, don’t sacrifice a title’s ability to motivate people to click through and read your entire blog post. Learn tips to write great blog post titles.

02

Focus on using just one or two keyword phrases in each blog post.

To maximize the traffic that comes to your blog via search engines, focus on optimizing each of your blog posts for just one or two keyword phrases. Too many keyword phrases dilute the content of your post for readers and can look like spam to both readers and search engines. You can learn more about using specific keywords to maximize search traffic by reading about long tail search engine optimization.

03

Use keywords throughout your blog posts.

Try to use your keywords (without keyword stuffing) multiple times in your blog post. For best results, use your keywords within the first 200 characters of your blog post, several times throughout your post, and near the end of the post. Take some time to learn more about keyword stuffing and other search engine optimization don’ts.

04

Use keywords in and around links in your blog post.

Search engine optimization experts believe that search engines like Google place more weight on linked text than unlinked text when ranking search engine results. Therefore, it’s a good idea to include your keywords in or next to the links within your blog posts when it’s relevant to do so. Be sure to read about how many links are too many for SEO before you start adding links to your posts.

05

Use keywords in image Alt-tags.

When you upload an image to your blog to use in your blog post, you usually have the option of adding alternate text for that image which appears if a visitor cannot load or see your images in their Web browsers. However, this alternate text can also help your search engine optimization efforts. That’s because the alternate text appears within the HTML of your blog post content as something called an Alt-tag. Google and other search engines crawl that tag and use it in providing results for keyword searches. Take the time to add keywords that are relevant to the image and post in the Alt-tag for each image you upload and publish on your blog.

Find Powerful Keywords for Your Blog

Keyword Planning

SEMRush and Google Analytics are the gold standards as far as keyword research tools go. You can use them to gain insights about keywords – specifically, search volume and competition.

Search Volume—defined in terms of estimated monthly traffic. This gives you an idea of how many people are searching using the specified keyword.

Competition—defined on a scale of low to high (Google) or from 0 to 1 (SEMRush, with 1 representing high competition). This gives you a general idea of how difficult it will be to rank for the specified keyword.

NOTE: “Competition” should be treated as a guideline more than a rule. It’s easiest to get a feel for the competition you’re facing by looking at the Search Engine Results Pages (SERPs). By looking at the websites you’ll be competing with for the keyword, you’ll get a better idea of what is meant by “competition.”

Long-Tail Keywords vs. Head Terms

The two main categories you can break keywords into are long-tail and head terms. Long-tail keywords are longer, more specific keywords. Head terms are more generic, shorter keywords.

Example

Head Term: “laptop charger”

Long-tail keyword: “replacement laptop charger for MacinSoft 2000X”

While long-tail keywords don’t get as much search volume, they do allow you to target your content better to drive more relevant traffic. This leads to better conversion rates because searchers who have a specific search query are more likely to be close to buying.

Additionally, for businesses that are just starting to blog, long-tail keywords are a great way to get quick wins in SERPs. The cumulative effect of ranking for several long-tail keywords builds authority so you can start targeting more competitive head terms in your evergreen content.

Incorporating Keywords into Blog Posts

Search engine algorithms have gotten smart, so stuffing keywords into your post in a nonsensical way will do nothing but harm. The best way to incorporate keywords naturally is to ensure that your keyword is highly relevant to your topic, and to plan out your topic and keywords together before writing the post. You’ll know you’re doing it right when it’s impossible to write about your chosen topic without using the keyword you’re targeting.

Also, take care to include the keyword in all the relevant places—titles, h2 tags, meta descriptions, and alt text. Make sure your keyword is also included in your first paragraph and used two other times throughout your article. Yoast is a great plugin for WordPress that provides a real-time checklist for proper keyword placement.

No matter your business, knowing how to find keywords will give you a huge leg up on the competition. The right keywords are essential to a robust blogging strategy. Have more questions about finding powerful keywords? Set up a time to talk with the content team at Volume Nine!

Keywords Least Competitive

To select the least competitive keywords is to use those key phrases, which contain at least 3-4 words. All 1- and 2-word queries have HUGE competition. If you’re on a tight budget, focus on long tail keywords (which contain 4 or more words).

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

Role of Search Engine Optimization in Google SERP’s:

Let your audience and Search Engines bot find your great unique original content into top of Google SERP’s. If “Content is The King” then “Link is the Queen”. Make your contents great, use exact anchor link. Quality Backlinks will boost your sites ranking in search engines Top quickly.  More steps to be taken to show your site in Google SERP’s top. Use Heading, sub-heading like H1, H2, H3…of your content for giving importance of your post by search engine. Often heading, sub-heading would be thru Html Heading Tag for finding by search engine. Don’t optimize your site by any one keyword, but use different keyword’s selection for each page to rank high each specific keyword. Google likes posts or contents which has Keyword relativity & Density with “Title +Meta Tag + Meta description + Content”. Maintain Keyword density 1 to 3 % of your contents paragraph. Make your site url’s search engine friendly to help Google bot find your content. Optimize properly your posts Images. Use long tail Keywords which encourage local SEO search visitors. Add Google places in your web page. Optimize Local SEO, use Text link by Java Scrip for following Google Bot your links easily. Use rel=”no-follow” tag for lower link like ‘about’, ‘contact’ read more pages. Update regular your site contents.  Check regular your sites Internal Link structure. Link your less reading post with popular posts. Make different Media Contents for your site like, PDF, Audio-Video, and Infographic. Make some Video & post in YouTube, Google likes Video.

Optimize your post/content as per Google snippet optimizer tool:

Use snippet optimizer tool, set your Posts Title, Meta description, include your selected primary/focus keyword. Your most common Focus keywords should be appearing in one or more of the meta-tags. Your primary keywords should appear in your meta-tags to help identify the topic of your webpage to search engines.

One sentence titles that contain your brand name and your focus keyword. It’s not hard, just do it? And for your homepage your title should probably start with your brand name, 50% of the emails we get is about homepages where people have ridiculously optimized titles instead of just the name of their company.

Beware about:

“Keyword(s) not included in Meta-Title”

“Keyword(s) not included in Meta-Description”

There is likely no optimal keyword density (search engine algorithms have evolved beyond keyword density metrics as a significant ranking factor). It can be useful, however, to note which keywords appear most often in your page, and if they reflect the intended topic of your page. More importantly, the keywords in your page should appear within natural sounding and grammatically correct copy.

Network Marketing | Turn Leads into Buyer’s

Network marketing, also known as Multi-Level Marketing (MLM), is a business model where independent contractors buy into a company and earn a commission on the products they sell. The profession appeals to many people because they can be their own boss, set their own hours, and work towards their own success. It is a big commitment, but network marketing can be a very lucrative career. Investigate companies. Choosing the right company is key to your success. Quick and easy internet searches can usually answer many of the questions.

Network Marketing  : Turn Leads into Buyer’s

Direct selling method in which independent-agents serve as distributors of goods and services, and are encouraged to build and manage their own sales force by recruiting and training other independent agents. In this method, commission is earned on the agent’s own sales revenue, as well as on the sales revenue of the sales-force recruited by the agent and his or her recruits (called downline). Also called multilevel marketing (MLM), cellular marketing, or by other such names, it is a multi-billion dollar worldwide industry that distributes practically any portable item, although restricted or banned in several countries due to its history as a vehicle for consumer fraud.

Multi-level marketing

Multi-level marketing, abbreviated as MLM, also called pyramid selling,  network

Marketing, and referral marketing, is a controversial marketing strategy for the sale of products and/or services where the revenue of the MLM company is derived from a non-salaried workforce (also called participants, and variously known as “salespeople”, “distributors”, “consultants”, “promoters”, “independent business owners”, etc) selling the company’s products/services, while the earnings of the participants is derived from a pyramid-shaped commission system via two potential revenue streams.

Although each MLM company dictates its own specific “compensation plan” for the payout of any earnings to their respective participants, the common feature which is found across all MLMs is that the compensation plans theoretically pay out to participants only from the two potential revenue streams. The first stream of compensation can be paid out from commissions of sales made by the participants directly to their own retail customers. The second stream of compensation can be paid out from commissions based on the sales made by other distributors below the participant who had recruited those other participants into the MLM. In the organizational hierarchy of MLMs, these participants below oneself are known as one’s “down line” distributors. [8]

MLM salespeople are, therefore, expected to sell products directly to end-user retail consumers by means of relationship referrals and word of mouth marketing. Most importantly, however, they are incentivized to recruit others to join the company as fellow salespeople so that these can become their down line distributors[5][9][10].

Network marketing is a type of business opportunity that is very popular with people looking for part-time, flexible businesses. Some of the best-known companies in America, including Avon, Mary Kay Cosmetics and Tupperware, fall under the network marketing umbrella.

what network marketing (also known as direct sales or multilevel marketing) is all about–housewives buying and selling Tupperware while gossiping and eating finger sandwiches, or a high-pressure salesperson trying to convince you how easily you can become a millionaire if only you and your friends and their friends and so on would buy and sell products with him.

Finding the Right Company

Investigate the products or service the company sells. Since you’ll be responsible for pitching and selling this product, make sure it is reputable. Some MLM companies market questionable or dangerous products, and you could face legal action if you take part.

Question your recruiter. When you’ve found a company you’re interested in, you’ll likely meet with a recruiter or another representative. Be skeptical during the recruitment process. Remember that your sponsor makes more money if you sign on, so he may not be as open with you as he could be. Don’t get distracted by promises of how much money you’ll make and really think about what you’re about to do.

Read your contract carefully. Don’t sign anything right away. Take some time to read over and understand the entire contract. You may even want to consult a lawyer or accountant to make sure you’re getting a fair deal and that the company is legitimate.

Draw up a business plan. When you have a few potential companies in mind, write out your plan for building and expanding your business. Even before you’ve officially aligned with a company, it helps to have this plan figured out early. Thant way you can hit the ground running when you do eventually start at a company. Keep these things in mind when designing a business plan:

What product or service are you intending to sell?

Who is your intended market?

How much time will you dedicate to this? Will it be a part-time commitment or are you planning on working seven days a week?

What is your goal? Do you want to get rich or just make some extra money?

Think long-term. Where will you be in five years? Ten years?

What is your marketing strategy? Will you make cold calls? Use the internet? Go door to door?

You can update or change the plan as needed, but it helps to have a guide when you’re just starting out.

Proven Strategies to Turn Leads into Buyers…Network Marketing Recruiting System

How to Set Up Your Very Own Network Marketing Recruiting System:

Listed are 7 simple steps to set up your own cheap and profitable network marketing recruiting system, Turn Leads into Buyers. Get the website traffic you need today quickly and affordably. System owners do not want you to know they will use your network marketing leads if your company goes belly up or they leave the company. We’ll teach you how to set your own system, keep your own hard earned network marketing prospects and build a profitable downline in the process.

The biggest reason why you need a sponsoring system is because you are challenged in finding network marketing prospects. That is the the biggest challenge facing network marketers today. I get at least 10 calls a week, asking me to help network distributors find better prospects. But they first better learn how to build their own system to keep their own network marketing prospects even if the company fails or they grow tired of their upline or company. These leads can serve you well in many different ways.

How to Set Up a Network Marketing Recruiting System Step 1:

It all starts with a lead capture page. That page needs to make your prospects hurt and you need to make them feel and taste that pain. Once you have accomplished that, the very next step is to show them how to avoid or eliminate that pain.

If you are trying to recruit business opportunity seekers you need to be a little more generic in your approach and if you are trying to recruit other network marketing professionals, then you need to have a front end product that appeals to all network marketers and gets them to purchase from you up front before they see your main company. This is sometimes called a “Funded Proposal”.

How to Set Up a Network Marketing Recruiting System Step 2:

After showing them how to eliminate that pain, you need to capture their name and email address. Your responder can help you build a effective opt in form..

How to Set Up a Network Marketing Recruiting System Step 3:

You must own a autoresponder for following up with your network marketing prospects. This platform will educate, train and create hoops you need your network marketing prospects to jump through.

How to Set Up a Network Marketing Recruiting Systems Step 4:

Each follow up letter must give them a clear choice of what you want them to do. If you want them to click, purchase, view or call in an order you must tell them directly to do just that in your email. It is always best to slowing build your letters up to this commitment.

How to Set Up a Network Marketing Recruiting Systems Step 5:

Why on earth should I set up my own network marketing recruiting system when my upline already has one set up? Two reasons: 1. you need to separate yourself from the crowd and 2) you need to keep all your hard earned leads in your own follow up system that can support the recruiting system set up by your upline.

Be original, be unique and separate yourself from the crowd. How can you do it? Simple.

Show them a personal touch that is completely different from other distributors you are competing with to sponsor the same person. Simply use the techniques discussed in step 3 above and you will be completely different from the other “Joe Smoe’s”. Make sense?

How to Set Up a Network Marketing Recruiting Systems Step 6:

By using your own autoresponder for follow ups, you can now send out group broadcasts announcing something that is coming up. We call this, “upcoming events”. Events can be conference calls, a new video or whatever event is going to be happening with your upline or network marketing company. Event’s get people all jazzed up and excited and when your prospects are around that, they can feel the energy and want to be a part of that energy.

How to Set Up a Network Marketing Recruiting Systems Step 7:

Set up your recruiting system to sell a generic product that all starving network marketers need and want. The products we target are sponsoring books, network marketing leads, “how to” books, etc.

In summary creating your own network marketing recruiting system is as simple as one webpage, optin form and autoresponder

Follow up. Once they opt into your follow up series you stand a much better chance of sponsoring them into your network

Marketing business or getting them to purchase a product from your recommendations.

Remember, if you are using your uplines network marketing recruiting system, it’s a sure bet they will be keeping those leads for themselves if your company ever goes under or they decide to leave. All your hard work will go out the window.

Tips for Network Marketing Success

There are six key elements you should be looking for [when selecting an opportunity]. Number one: stability. How old is the company? Number two is excellent products or services that consumers will use and need more of.

Number three is the pay plan–how even and fair and generous overall is the distribution? This is really crucial as the pay plan represents exactly how you’ll get paid–or not get paid. There are really only two questions to ask [regarding this]: How many pennies out of each sales dollar get paid back to the distributors each month, and how fair is the distribution of these pennies between the old members and the new members?

Number four is the integrity of the company and the management. As much as possible, [investigate] the experience of the CEO, [their] experience in the network marketing industry, and their background. [Have] they been successful in other companies in the industry? Do they have a good reputation?

Number five is momentum and timing. Look at where the company’s at, what’s going on with the company, and if it’s growing.

Number six is support, training and business systems. You may have [chosen] a great company with excellent management, products that make a difference, a pay plan that’s uniquely fair and very generous, and momentum and stability, but if you don’t have a system in place that works, all of that [doesn’t matter]. Most companies will have a transferable training system that they use, and that’s where mentorship comes in.

To succeed, you need to be willing to listen and learn from mentors. The way this industry is structured, it’s in the best interests of the [MLM veterans in your company] to help you succeed, so they’re willing to teach you the system. Whatever [your mentor] did to become successful, it’s very duplicatible, but you have to be willing to listen and be taught and follow those systems.

The Higher-ups

It can be called various things, but the general term is the “upline,” meaning the people above you. How supportive are they? Do they call you? Do they help you put a plan in place? Are they as committed to your success as they are to their own? You should be able to relate to [the people in your upline] and be able to call them at any time to say “I need some help.” How much support there is from the people above you in the company is very important.

Take up the Lead with your Downline

There’s a term in the network marketing industry called “orphans”–when somebody is brought in and then the person who brought them in is just so busy bringing in other people that they don’t spend the time to teach and train [the new person]. You should be prepared to spend at least 30 days helping a new person come into the industry–training them, supporting them and holding their hand until they feel confident to be able to go off on their own. You really need to ask yourself, are you willing to do that? Are you able to do that? This is really about long-term relationship building. It’s not about just bringing people into the business and just moving forward. It’s about working with these people and helping them to develop relationships.

On the Net

People are utilizing [the internet] as their main marketing tool. [You can set up your site] with autoresponders so when you capture leads, the autoresponder can follow up with that person. One of the greatest keys to success in this industry is follow-up. Many people will have someone call them who’s interested or they’ll call the person and say they’re interested, but then they don’t follow up with it. Automation on the internet has allowed a much more consistent method of following up.

The only drawback with the internet is people who utilize it to spam. If there was one thing I could put forward to say, “Do not do” when utilizing the internet as a marketing tool, it’s spamming because that can give a very bad reputation not only to you but also to the company you’re working with.

Taking care of Business

This is a business, and just like if you were running a franchise or a storefront, you [should have an] accountant. You have all the same write-offs tax-wise that you have with running a [full-time] business, so it’s very important to [do your research] prior to getting involved, before you start making money from it. How is that going to affect you tax-wise? What are your write-offs?

It’s important to set up a [support] team around you. I’d suggest seeking out lawyers who deal in network marketing, so they’re very versed in all the laws and how that affects [your business.]. There are also accountants who specialize in dealing with homebased businesses specifically in the direct-selling industry.

When Network Marketing; Recruitment, done properly, doing recruitment in the marketing industry, work with the leading marketing, digital and creative clients and candidates in the country, recruiting for roles in PR, account management, campaign management, digital marketing, communications, business development and much, much more.

Marketing vs. Sales

For any company selling a product the concepts of marketing and sales are very important as they can mean the difference between success and failure. While they are often used interchangeably or grouped together they are two different concepts and it is important to understand those differences. This article will help you understand both concepts clearly when it comes to Marketing vs. Sales.

Sales

Sales refers to the short term need to close a sale, get an agreement signed, or ultimately do what needs to be done to sell whatever it is you are selling. Sales techniques and strategies are really based on what it takes to ‘close the deal’, which is crucial to any business. If you get customers in the door but cannot get them to buy a product, there is a problem with your sales strategy. Sales strategies are focused on the individual buyer and what needs to be done for them to pull out their wallet, or click on the buy button when it comes to online selling. Companies typically set sales volume targets for a period (weeks, months, and quarters) and have strategies in place where the individuals responsible for actually selling can make those targets.

Marketing

Marketing is a longer term concept than sales and relates to forward looking strategies to understand customer needs, influence customer perceptions, and identify how a company can capitalize on that. The end result of the marketing process, and what it directly supports, is making sales easier. Marketing techniques and strategies are really based on what it takes to identify the right product mix, the prices for those products, and what needs to be communicated to target customers (via advertisement) in order to ensure successful sales. One of the key aspects of marketing strategies is building a brand identity for what a company is selling and this varies from company to company. McDonalds obviously brands their food and advertising far differently than a luxury steakhouse would do. While sales is really the ‘push’ to buy the product once the customer is there, marketing is the ‘pull’ that gets the customer to you in the first place. When marketing is done effectively it can also make sales a far easier job for a company, as the customer can already be convinced and ready to buy by the time they actually enter your store (or website). Sales can still succeed without very effective marketing but it certainly makes the job more difficult.

Marketing vs. Sales

When considering marketing vs. sales the important thing for any business owner is to ensure that you are considering both aspects of your overall sales and marketing cycle. With many businesses, marketing and sales are both managed by the same department or even the same individuals due to the fact that they need to be closely related. For example, sales strategies need to incorporate the same messaging as the marketing messages in order to be effective and maximize the chances of successfully making a sale. Focusing on both the ‘pull’ and the ‘push’ effectively will ensure that your business is positioned to succeed.

Blogs can’t be successful unless they are about blogging, marketing, or social media.

Successful blogs often built solely through publishing great content + guest blogging, that span a huge variety of topics, to prove once and for all that blogging can be used to build an audience in nearly every topic imaginable.

Any successful blog could have any of the following characteristics:

  1. Focus on blogging/marketing/social media
  2. The blog cannot be tied to another popular site
  3. Must have an involved community
  4. No “mega” blogs or magazines

50 Successful Blogs List in Every Topic Imaginable

1.) Help Scout blog [Customer Support]

http://www.helpscout.net/blog/

2.) Digital Photography School [Digital Photography]

http://www.digital-photography-school.com/

Approx. Subscribers: 846,000+

Main income source: Advertisements, affiliate links, e-Book sales

Run by ‘the Problogger’ himself, Darren Rowse, this blog is actually his real money maker, not Problogger.net.

This thing is an absolute monster, a huge blog in a very profitable niche. Lots of people buy cameras, and they’re expensive.

3.) Freshome [Interior Design/Architecture]

http://freshome.com/

Approx. Subscribers: 64,000+

Main income source: Advertisements, affiliate links?

One of the writers, Ronique Gibson, revealed on Problogger that she has posted over 773 posts (and that was in 2011!), showing how a “curation” style blog, combined with lengthier posts, can create a real winner if it’s on a focused topic (and the content is top notch).

4.) PsyBlog [Social Psychology]

http://www.spring.org.uk/

Approx. Subscribers: 53,000+

Main income source: e-Book sales, advertisements

http://nerdfitness.com/blog/

Approx. Subscribers: 50,000+

Main income source: Product sales

Steve Kamb is a guy well known in the marketing niche, but he doesn’t write about marketing.

That’s because his blog has served as a great example of how to build a successful site full of an endearing personality, outside of the blogging/marketing niche of course.

6.) 1stWebDesigner [Web Design]

http://www.1stwebdesigner.com/

http://whatiwore.tumblr.com/

(No custom domain? For shame!)

Approx. Subscribers: (Google Reader count: 10,849)

Main income source: Advertisements, affiliate links?

It’s a personal fashion blog, so that makes sense, but the general principle here is that her personality is inserted without pause.

9.) Nature Mom’s Blog [Natural Living + Family Life]

http://naturemoms.com/blog/

Approx. Subscribers: 5,000+

Main income source: Advertisements

http://farmvillefreak.com/

Approx. Subscribers: (Google Reader count: 770) [Focus is on the Facebook page, which sits at 425,000+]

Main income source: Product sales

Ugh… it pains me to write about this one, but I’ll try to remain unbiased.

This is one of those examples about becoming a “hub” for something extremely popular, in this case, FarmVille.

Being a source of FarmVille news and tips worked out well for this site, as it has for many in the past.

One word of caution: you have to take into consideration how long certain topics will remain in popularity.

14.) Cute Overload [Baby Animals & Pets]

http://cuteoverload.com/

Approx. Subscribers: (Google Reader count: 462,270) [Woah!]

Main income source: Advertisements

Ah, cute animals, overlords of the internet.

CuteOverload, one of the originators of the cute animal blogs, obviously understood the appeal of “tumblogs” far before the trend set in.

That’s the point I’d like to make here: tumblogs (blogs that focus on short updates and are generally media rich) can be extremely effective if they niche down and dominate a popular topic.

Music blogs, photoblogs, and video blogs are all of this variety, as their short updates usually come daily and focus on media over lengthy articles.

They are harder to get initial traffic to (as guest blogging sometimes isn’t as effective), but when they take off, they can become BIG.

15.) Supersonic Electronic [Art & Art Culture]

http://supersonicelectronic.com/

http://www.wpbeginner.com/

Approx. Subscribers: (Google Reader count: 210) [Focus on social media pages, which are quite popular]

Main income source: Affiliate links, advertisements, WP services

A pretty popular site for WordPress newbies.

The big point to be made here is that creating a site for beginners is always a good idea if it’s done well, because there will always be new beginners, so your audience can only grow (as long as your topic stays popular, which WordPress has).

18.) Skepchick [Atheism + Secularism]

http://skepchick.org/

Approx. Subscribers: 11,000+

Main income source: Advertisements

One trend I noticed in the WordPress community is that Christianity seems to be a popular topic, and many pastors seem to get involved in blogging and web development.

22.) Canvas of Light [Travel + Photography]

http://www.canvas-of-light.com/category/blog/

Approx. Subscribers: (Google Reader count: 424) [Focus on social media]

Main income source: e-Book sales, photography services

Photo travel blogs are a dime a dozen, and Canvas of Light made the cut here because the photos are amazing.

23.) Yoga Dork [Yoga]

http://www.yogadork.com/

Approx. Subscribers: (Google Reader count: 1,740)

Main income source: Advertisements, affiliate links

Yoga was (and still is) one of those absolute prime topics for somebody to take over with great content and smart marketing know-how.

YogaDork does a great job, but this is one I still feel there is big room for.

24.) Eat, Sleep, Draw [Drawing]

http://eatsleepdraw.com/

Approx. Subscribers: (Google Reader count: 675) [Tumblr blog, focuses on “followers” over RSS reader]

Main income source: Advertisements/paid promotion

http://www.fluentin3months.com/

28.) Arseblog [Arsenal Soccer]

http://arseblog.com/

Approx. Subscribers: (Google Reader count: 1,382) [Focus on Facebook at 20k+]

Main income source: Book sales, advertisements

Great way to tackle a popular topic, without biting off more than you can chew.

If you’re a new blogger and thinking to yourself, “I’ll start a soccer blog!”, I hate to be the dream killer, but it doesn’t work that way.

Focus is a fundamental key to blog success, being the king of your sub-niche and moving on to broader topics (or even whole new sites) down the line.

29.) ThreadBanger [Knitting + DIY Fashion]

http://www.threadbanger.com/blog

Approx. Subscribers: (Google Reader count: 1,697)

Main income source: Advertisements

All of  you DIY fashionistas are probably already familiar with this one (wait… do any fashion forward people read my marketing blog?)

That’s why blogs about gaming & tech are so saturated.

30.) The Brothers Brick [Lego & Lego Creations]

http://www.brothers-brick.com/

Approx. Subscribers: (Google Reader count: 8,839)

Main income source: Advertisements

31.) Nomadic Matt [Frugal Traveling Tips]

http://www.nomadicmatt.com/

Approx. Subscribers: 13,000+

Another “topic + sub-topic” blog that’s used smart marketing knowledge to get traffic and build an email list in a niche that has a ton of competition.

Notice the clean and simple blog design, proof positive that you needn’t go overboard with cluttered design in order to build something successful.

32.) The Style Blogger [Men’s Fashion]

Main income source: Advertisements

…Yes, you read that correctly.

With a Facebook page of 100,000+, it seems as though there are enough Lil’ Wayne fans as to warrant a site that updates on nothing but him!

35.) Expert Enough [Skill Acquisition]

http://expertenough.com/

Approx. Subscribers: 2,000+

The recent pet project of Corbett & Caleb of ThinkTraffic, this blog showcases two very unique learning points.

http://psd.tutsplus.com/

Approx. Subscribers: 165,000+

Main income source: Premium access, affiliate links, ads, Envato marketplace

When you have a popular program as expansive as Photoshop, it’s only right that there should be a blog that uncovers awesome tricks of the trade to using it properly.

With over 165,000 RSS readers, it seems the PSD Tuts+ audience agrees with me.

38.) Audio Tuts+ [Audio Production Tutorials]

http://audio.tutsplus.com/

Approx. Subscribers: 12,000+

Main income source: Premium access, affiliate links, ads, Envato marketplace

For the sake of originality, I was hesitant to include another Tuts+ blog, but the smart content marketing/blogging examples they serve are just too good.

39.) Cats Who Code [Code + Web Development]

http://www.catswhocode.com/blog/

Approx. Subscribers: 17,000+

Main income source: Advertisements

There are a couple of web development blogs to choose from, but who doesn’t like cats… who can code.

This quirky twist on a standard topic and some simply excellent content has made Cats Who Code a go to site for web devs.

Nothing fancy here, just a funny twist, simple design, and content that delivers.

40.) Garfield Minus Garfield [Humor]

http://garfieldminusgarfield.net/

Approx. Subscribers: (Google Reader count: 17,123)

Main income source: Book sales

Garfield Minus Garfield is the epitome of humor blogs in my opinion, because it creates nothing original, it actually just takes Garfield out of his own strip, revealing what seems to be a very delusion and nihilistic Jon Arbuckle!

41.) Universe Today [Space & Astronomy]

http://www.universetoday.com/

Approx. Subscribers: 69,000+

You can’t get more basic than this either, this blog consists of an unedited Thesis theme with a basic logo… and that’s it.

http://prettymuchamazing.com/

Approx. Subscribers: (Google Reader count: 1,688) [Likely much higher, focus on social media)

Main income source: Affiliate links, advertisements

Lofty topic title, but appropriate.

Pretty Much amazing focuses on breaking music, and it’s site features are a huge draw, which is the main takeaway from this site.

It includes a radio + shuffle feature that’s fairly unique for a site of this style.

43.) Ecoki [Green Lifestyle / Eco-Lifestyle]

http://ecoki.com/

Approx. Subscribers: 2,000+

Main income source: Shop

The green living space is big right now, and definitley growing.

I chose a “startup” blog over some bigger options because let’s face it, a list of giant blogs would be boring.

I love how the design of Ecoki speaks to it’s content AND to it’s audience, remember what people are reading about when creating the “look” of your site.

44.) Sirlin.net [Competitive Gaming & Game Design]

http://www.sirlin.net/

Approx. Subscribers: Unknown (Multiple feeds, should be optimized better!)

Main income source: Store

There are a huge number of gaming blogs I could have picked, but this is one of the most interesting, and a stellar example of good content marketing at work.

Creating incredibly viral articles on game design such as the controversial “Playing To Win” series (an excellent read for even non-gamers).

45.) Dread Central [Horror Movies]

http://www.dreadcentral.com/

Approx. Subscribers: (Google Reader count: 1,216) [Focus on Facebook with 16k+)

Main income source: Shop, advertisements

A nice spin on the generic “Movie Review” blog, a site that knows how to ‘niche down’, focusing exclusively on Horror content.

46.) Reality Tea [Reality Television Stars]

http://www.realitytea.com/

Approx. Subscribers: Unknown (Received an error, Facebook page at 9k+)

Main income source: Advertisements

47.) Startup Quote [Images + Quotes]

http://startupquote.com/

Approx. Subscribers: (Google Reader count: 1,303) [Tumblr blog, focus on “followers” over RSS reader]

Fantastic use of good design work to build a popular blog around original design content (not just posting “finds” from others).

48.) ZenHabits [Minimalism + Personal Development]

http://zenhabits.net/

Approx. Subscribers: 240,000+

Main income source: Book sales

If ever I should add a personal development blog (many of which I think are garbage), it would be the grandaddy of them all, ZenHabits.

49.) GoinsWriter [Writing]

http://goinswriter.com/

Approx. Subscribers: (Google Reader feed: 587) [Focus on email list over RSS]

Main income source: Book sales, advertisements

Email forms, riveting (and sometimes controversial) content, a focus on writing for the “modern” reader, this site does a lot of things right.

There’s also a lot of personality here, proving that building a brand around yourself can be a fantastic USP.

Wait, Could You Do This For Your Site?

One important thing to remember is that these examples aren’t far fetched lofts that are unreachable by normal bloggers.

All of these sites (big and small) were started by someone or a small group of folks, and there’s no stopping you from doing the same if you focus on your topic and your strategy.

So, could you break down your own site in this way?

50.) This Song Is Sick [Hip-Hop & Dance Music]

http://thissongissick.com/

Approx. Subscribers: (Google Reader count: 2,359) [Likely much, much higher]

Main income source: Advertisements, ticket sales, merchandise, sponsored events

Traffic! Leads!! Sales!!! Online Business

tlsb7
No Traffic-No Leads-No Sales? No Online Business!! So, You need to Drive traffic in your site, create leads and boost up sales should make you business! Online. Engaged in online sales of product, service, content marketing whatever you are struggling for traffic. Applying all strategy behind your business to settle a steady earnings stream with your all efforts only for huge Organic Traffic flooding in your site each time on line. Way of finding real organic traffic for my site, I got some strange factors are working behind. When failed to get expected traffic for getting open my site before search engines bot to crawl exclusively for present my content-posts. What are initially I had to do for establishing my sites content before expecting targeted audience for visiting my sites resources I might wanted to have a regular unique organic huge traffic would be flooded naturally. But finding some negative results, I had to gone for a few unnatural traffic system offered by Fiverr or other websites social experts offering paid traffic sources. How far initially I faced some problems with scaring about Google penalty. If you’re worried about Google seeing your traffic, identifying it as unnatural and demoting your site because of it, don’t be. Because bad traffic generally has no impact on search one way or another. Google doesn’t care how many views you get monthly, so they don’t care if you’re wasting money buying bad traffic. They only care if you’re buying bad links, which are a legitimate SEO factor.

You can also look at it this way; how can Google tell the difference between purchased traffic and organic traffic? Obviously, it’s easy to see the telltale signs of a robot refreshing a page, but again, they don’t care about that. Paying for good traffic is better, and it mimics organic traffic, so it’s harder to detect. To detect it, Google would have to identify a site selling traffic, identify the sites that are buying traffic, and cross-reference the users visiting each site; no easy task for no benefit to their algorithm.

Everyone knows that browsers don’t always report where visitors came from when they arrive at a website. When they don’t report where they were in the Hypertext Transfer Protocol, (HTTP) referrer header, often the traffic is considered “Direct” — which really means, “We have no clue where they came from, maybe they typed the URL in or hit a bookmark.”

Get more traffic from search engines?

Achieve your goal to get more traffic from search engines like Google, Yahoo, Bing or others naturally using most important strategy when building a content website that gets traffic from Google or other search engines. The implementation is not easy, but it works very well, will help you to build a website with quality content that meets the expectations of potential visitors. Remember, making a great, unique, strategic post is half done to attract your targeted audience. There might be many reasons why you want more traffic on your website. Either you are selling something; you earn some money with affiliate links or AdSense or just like to publish great content to a lot of people. Getting more quality traffic from search engines with great content that attracts and interests potential visitors. Quality traffic means visitors, who find what you can offer on your website. They are more eager to read, share, buy or do anything but just leaving your website right away. It is not only about quality traffic, but more about quality content. Great content still ranks without doing backlinks. You might also wait for a couple of weeks to give Google more time to set your ranking. Use this time to write more great articles. This will work for all of you.

tlsb1

Google traffic stills the best?

Organic traffic from Google search is still the most valuable traffic you can get because it grows, it’s free (sort of), and people who are using search engines are usually in a buy-ready frame of mind.

However, if your begin to rely solely on that traffic you run the risk of getting yourself into a bit of trouble in the long term. Every time Google updates its algorithm there is a chance your blog is going to be less relevant. And that means your traffic vanishes.

Follow the Guideline:

·         Choose a topic, keywords and target market that has the depth.

·         Get your own domain name and self-hosted WordPress setup, exact match keywords- Keyword + noun- Distinctive domains.

·         Change your general WordPress settings for better SEO performance.

·         Install an SEO-specific plugin like WordPress SEO by Yoast.

·         Carefully tweak and improve your user experience ranking factors,

·         Create strategic content based around keywords, value and point of difference. Because content is the King!

·         Leverage other sites’ authority and build links by providing value around the web.

·         Update old stuff (including titles and descriptions).

·         Reinvest part of your earnings to increase exposure.

·         Listen to Google but don’t be afraid of Google.

Finally Write one brilliant great, unique, strategic post of at least 3,000 plus words (include links to big bloggers in your niche, graphics, photos, etc.) based around one strategic keyword set and a point of difference. Find another blog to give it away to as a guest post.

Most important user experience ranking factor is speed. Google only wants to send visitors to website that load extremely quickly because they know that people are impatient. If your site is taking longer than about 2-3 seconds to load then it is too slow.

·         Some of the basic things you can do to ensure your blog is loading quickly include: Shrinking images- Talk to your server technicians- Use a caching plugin.

Shrink your images down to around < 50KB or smush them.

If you are on a good web host you will usually find that your server technicians will offer you some free advice on how to best optimize your blog. Open up a support ticket and tell them you need to make some site speed improvements and see what tips they give. They can do things like enabling GZIP which is a server-side speed improvement.

Caching is another big topic that takes a while to get your head around. A lot of it can be done on the server side of things, but there are also several good WordPress plugins like W3 Total Cache which you can install and get good results with.

Now that you’ve taken some steps to speed up your blog, you’ll want to start looking at the layout of your theme and ensuring that you have the design setup in a way that will encourage visitors to take an action.

For example, it’s a very good idea to ensure that you important stuff is above the fold. This is the area of your blog that people see before they have to scroll. Any opt-in forms, calls to action, etc. really need to be in this area, or at least catered to in a design that encourages scrolling.

t2

Purchase website Traffic

That’s right very website needs traffic…real human website visitors, Whether it’s an Online store, a Blog or Informational, without a steady flow of targeted traffic, it doesn’t exist and won’t show up in most Search engines. Real Traffic is the most important element of the overall success of your website…So if you miss this, you miss the important factor! Purchasing website traffic shouldn’t be a swap for SEO and other routine strategies for web promoting; however it can surely give you that edge you require. You can enhance your Alexa positioning, and see the main after-effects of your ordinary advertising procedures.

Care some key personals Testimonial about buying traffic for their sites are…

“The service functions perfectly, as a company we needed to increase the position in the SERP but had to contend with educational sites like wikipedia or universities. The basic SEO technique did not come to that. Increasing the visits coming from the keywords have given the right push to our position in Google.”

“For me as an expert SEO this service is crucial, i purchase it to each customer i get in my Seo services portfolio; sessions are immediately visible in Google Analytics and considers them as coming from the selected keywords. Usually a package from 30k means an increase of about 5 positions if in the first page, and if the site is in the second or more, the increase of at least 10 positions monthly. “

Does Buying Traffic Hurt Your Google Rankings?

Buying traffic is one of those gray-hat techniques that isn’t particularly black hat, but isn’t necessarily white hat either. Will it hurt you in the long run, or even in the short term?

In a word; no. Buying traffic will not earn you a search penalty or harm your search ranking in any way.

This is, of course, a disingenuous statement. Purchasing traffic is a multifaceted experience, and there are a few ways along the path that can earn you some form of penalty or hurt you in some way.

Essentially, when you’re buying traffic, you’re getting either good traffic or bad traffic. Good traffic emulates organic traffic and can benefit your site by increasing your exposure and buying your products. Bad traffic does nothing but inflate your hit counter without bringing you any actual benefit. Additionally, bad traffic can come from sources that hurt you.

Obviously, when you’re buying traffic, you want to buy good traffic. Unfortunately, the world of traffic buying is a minefield littered with low-cost scams and black hat techniques.

Bad traffic comes from robots or from people in third world countries hired to visit your site several times per day. You receive hits from unique IP addresses, but you don’t get the benefits you get from real people. Organic users will click your links and explore your site; robots will not. Organic users have the chance to read your calls to action and may convert; third world traffic sellers don’t.

There’s one way that bad traffic can actually hurt your site; links. If you’re buying bad traffic, there’s the chance that the seller funnels traffic to your site through a network of low-quality blogs that Google flags as negative. If this is the case, you would experience an influx of bad backlinks, which Google will see and flag as spam. This earns you a Penguin penalty and can take a long time to fix.

Thankfully, generally this is not the case. Most traffic sellers have side businesses selling links, and don’t mix the two unless you pay for both.

By contrast, purchasing good traffic is possible, though it is generally more expensive. Good traffic does everything it can to mimic organic traffic. These users are located in the same country you’re in. They’re potentially interested in buying your product. They’ll explore your site and read your calls to action. They are, in every sense, organic users with the one exception; you bought their presence.

Let’s move and see some sites how they drive traffic to your site…

There are two ways paying for traffic, even organic good traffic, can hurt your site. The first is if, along with the traffic, come unnatural links. Bad links can hurt your search ranking, as mentioned above.

The second way is if you’re using Google AdSense or another affiliate for monetizing your blog. Many of these affiliates specify that you can’t artificially inflate your traffic, lest you lose your affiliate status. If Google catches you inflating your traffic, particularly with bad traffic, you are liable to lose your AdSense account.

Other than those two reasons, buying traffic is generally safe and, if you use a good traffic seller, beneficial to your site.

How to Optimize Image Using Alt Tags

it2
Do know & care about optimize image alt tags? When search engines such as Google, Yahoo, Bing etc. observe your site, it can’t “see” your image but it can read your blog post (which means text) and therefore search engines cannot understand what your image is about, but you can easily solve this problem by adding an image Alt Tags. The term “ALT tag” is a common shorthand term used to refer to the ALT attribute within in the IMG tag. Any time you use an image, be sure to include an ALT tag or ALT text within the IMG tag. Doing so will provide a clear text alternative of the image for screen reader users. Making sure your images are optimized for search engines is important. Because search engines need to rely on the text around the images to try to figure out what they are. Not only does this help bring traffic to your site when people are searching specifically for images related to yours, but it also helps out the general SEO of your page; it allows you to legitimately add some extra very important signals to your page that help the search engines decipher it and classify it correctly.

As Matt Cutts, Google’s anti-spam head guru, explains it, the importance of the ALT tags is that it helps describe the scene and helps narrow down what the image is about. The ALT tag isn’t the only factor in determining whether your image or page gets found, but it is one that matters. And it’s one you have direct control over. Matt Cutts discusses the importance of using ALT tags on your images. You can see it as a video of adding ALT tags in your images and improve your traffic from search engines. Watch video – Matt Cutts Discusses the Importance of alt Tags

Google has said that it treats the ALT tag as the most important textual information about an image. But it’s not the only factor that goes into their algorithm. Some of the others that you have direct control over are the Title attribute, the filename, and the textual context around the image on the page. How much each of these matters relative to the others is all part of Google’s secret sauce. The Title field is also used for tooltips when a user rolls the cursor over an image.

WordPress’s built-in media manager includes fields for Caption and Description. Use both if you want to, but at least in terms of SEO, neither is an important as the ALT tag.

Make an image a clickable link in wordpress

To insert a link using an image stored somewhere else on the Internet, follow these steps:

  1. Click the Add Media button.
  2. Click the Add Via URL link.
  3. Type the URL of the image file into the URL text box then click Upload.
  4. Edit as desired then Insert.

The most automated way to tackle the problem is with the SEO Friendly Images plugin. Luckily, the SEO Friendly Images plugin will automatically fill in your title and alt text boxes for you based on tags associated with different elements from your site. It will also do this for any images that you’ve already published.

This plugin lets you set your alt and title text by automatically substituting in the title of the post, the name of the file, the category, tags associated with the post, or even general words that you type in yourself.

Download WordPress SEO Friendly Images plugin which automatically updates all images with proper ALT and TITLE attributes for SEO purposes. If your images do not have ALT and TITLE already set, SEO Friendly Images will add them according the options you set. Additionally this makes the post W3C/xHTML valid as well.

Make your website faster by optimizing your JPEG and PNG images. This plugin automatically optimizes all your images by integrating with the popular Image Compression services TinyJPG and TinyPNG.

Every blogger is well aware of that Search Engine Optimization (SEO) is vital, and by adding a image ALT tag to your images, you’re serving to your SEO as a result of you’ll be able to add targeted keywords within your “ALT” field to assist your SEO.

ALT Tag Tips
Keep in mind important points when placing ALT tags on your images.

  • Do not stuff keywords in your ALT tag (i.e. alt=”blogging tips, tips on blogging, blogging”)
  • Use simple description. (i.e. alt=”learn blogging tips”)
  • Do not make your ALT tag spammy (3 to 7 words will do)
  • You can go advance and rename your image (i.e. blogging_tips.gif /.png)
  • Upload your image to the blogger as gif or png
  • Always add caption to your images

Text for Images in WordPress

There are four different types of important text that can be directly associated with an image when you upload it via the WordPress media uploader.

  • Title
  • Alt Text (Alternative Text)
  • Caption
  • File Name

* The alt text (or alternative text) is meant to describe the image so machines can get an idea about it.

In WordPress, you will see boxes for these types of text when you have your image open for editing.

Blogger Users – What to do
For Blogger users can do the coding in a easy step. To place ALT tags on your images, you need right click on your image and select property. There you can add your image alt tag. See the images with and without ALT Tag.

it1

How to Add ALT Tag
You can add this ALT Tags to your blog post images. It’s so easy. Just follow the below image. (screen shot from new blogger interface)
The “alt” tags represent “alternate text”, you’ll be able to write any text in there you wish (as long as it’s short) however the simplest issue to try and do is to use keywords that describe the image and place that within the “alt” tag, that manner when search engines scan your image, they understand what it’s concerning from the alternate text, and having keywords in there helps your SEO.

I additionally advocate you to a think like a search engine user once you place ALT tags in your Images. Don’t simply use a easy descriptive words on your ALT tag, use descriptive words that search engine users use.

When inserting ALT tags in your pictures, don’t use a one-word ALT tag (i.e. alt=”blogging”). Blogging may be a terribly generic and competitive world therefore expects that this has been utilized by lots of blogger in their ALT tags. Try to use three to seven words (i.e. alt=”Apple Icam Camera”). Doing this can improve your probabilities of obtaining traffic from search engines.

What Will You Miss in the Absence of ALT TAGS?
If you’re not using your Image ALT tags, you’re missing potential traffic from search engines. Adding ALT tags on your images is so simple however rewarding blogging observe. When you utilize a image on your post, don’t forget to put an ALT tag in next time. One thing you have to do now is return to your previous post and place ALT tags on all the images.

Don’t DO!

Google’s entire search empire is founded on giving users the best results for what they’re looking for. It protects that reputation fiercely, which is why it invests so much time and energy into anti-spam efforts. If you’re jamming 20 or 30 keywords into your ALT tags, Google doesn’t like that. Keyword stuffing is frowned upon no matter where it’s done. 125 characters is the recommended maximum length for the ALT attribute, but 4 to 7 words seems to be widely regarded as the sweet spot. Check & optimize your post Images using Image AltTags. Happy blogging.

Optimize your Content well

Content is the KING…Get your Search engine ranking high, make great unique right content first to publish in your blog website. Create full search engine optimized content for present before all search engines crawler bot like Google, Yahoo, and Bing, to find your targeted audience… Publish “great content”…  publish the “right content’…update your blog least once per week? Like clockwork.

Businesses find a platform with a large audience that fits their target market, and then they try to sell a product or their brand in a short amount of time. This is known as outbound marketing, and it has been the way consumers hear about the majority of products and brands.

Only recently has a new form of marketing emerged. It’s called inbound marketing, and in this guide we’ll be focusing on a very important ingredient of inbound marketing called content marketing.

The Right Content is:

  • Content that generates traffic, leads and (most importantly) sales.
  • Content that gets you traffic from Google. Yahoo and Bing
  • Content that establishes YOU as an expert (and someone people want to buy from).
  • In other words, rock solid content that you can build a business on top of.
  • Because when you do that, everything changes.

A good chunk of these people are interested in your products and services. Visitors convert in leads when they think to return grabbing your contents made themselves a returning traffic. Because when people get interest, attract & want back to your products or services you render, that’s quickly turned from initial visitor into leads and finally a highly profitable business.

Whether you own an ecommerce site, run a digital marketing agency, sell software, or are a full time blogger, you need content that brings in targeted traffic.

In other words, Traffic that converts into Leads and ultimately Sales which make you finally BUSINESS. To do that, you need to rank for keywords that your customers search for every day.

What is the…Process to Get More Targeted Traffic, Leads and Sales from SEO

Most content published today isn’t designed to maximize shares, traffic and customers. And, yes, that even includes most “great content”. Because there’s a BIG difference between “great content” and The Right Content.  And once you know what that difference is, and how to leverage it, you’ll be ahead of 90% of your competitors.

Find Influential People in Your Niche, This traffic tip is HUGE. Unless you describe your target customers as “influential bloggers and journalists”, your target audience isn’t going to share your content. And if they don’t share your content, you’re not going to increase traffic to your website. There’s a simple reason for that-Your target customers don’t run websites in your niche!  Influential people share in-depth articles. If your niche contents….attracts links from influential relevant bloggers with ease. Not to mention thousands of shares on social media.

Publishing content that appeals to your target customer isn’t enough. You need content that your influencers want to share with their audience. But to create content that appeals to influencers, you need to find out who they are. Once you’ve identified the influential people in your industry, create content that appeals exactly the influencers in your topics.  If you want influential people to share your content, you need to know what topics they care about most. Once you have a topic that your influencers care about, it’s time roll up your sleeves and create content around that topic. When you create content, it needs to appeal to the influential people in your niche. Encourage people to share and link. Also, Share Triggers give your content that “WOW!” factor that turns cold Traffic into Leads and Sales customers. Apply all these principles, Put 100% your resources into executing and scaling on these techniques. Get started with this process.

Secondly…

Generate Traffic-make them as leads-and Convert that leads into your Customers…Sales…Business.

Here’s the deal…

Initially generate your unique organic traffic…

Backlinko may generate over 100,00 unique monthly visitors today, but this success came after struggled for YEARS…

NEIL PATEL on DECEMBER 2, 2013 said…

I’ve done marketing for 20 of the top 100 blogs on the web, and I’ve created 3 blogs for my own businesses that achieved at least 100,000 visits a month.

With Quick Sprout, it took me 4 years and 9 months to hit 100,000 monthly visits:

With KISSmetrics, it took me 1 year and 10 months to hit over 100,000 monthly visits:

And with Crazy Egg, it took me 1 year and 6 months to hit 100,000 monthly visits:

The amount of time it took me to hit the 100,000 mark decreased. I went from being able to achieve the goal in 4 years and 9 months to 1 year and 6 months.

Luck has nothing to do with this achievement. I actually have a formula, which works every time. And if I leveraged it again today, I bet I could achieve similar results in less than 12 months.

Quantity is king!

With Quick Sprout, I noticed slight gains when posting 2 pieces of content a week instead of

KISSmetrics only started to see big traffic increases when I started to publish 5 pieces of content a week. But with KISSmetrics, we went from publishing 2 a week straight to 5 a week.

This is why KISSmetrics had a much faster growth rate than Quick Sprout. In addition to that, we recently started testing posting 6 pieces of content a week instead of 5.

When we posted 5 a week, we had 422,885 visits a month.

When we tested posting 6 articles a week, our traffic went up to 501,573 visits.

By posting an additional blog post each week, we were able to increase our blog traffic by 18.6%. My experience of working with 20 of the top 100 blogs showed that if we published 3 pieces of content each day (21 pieces a week), we could easily get our traffic to over a million visits a month over time.

When posting in high frequency, make sure you are still maintaining the quality of your content. Writing a lot of blog posts that are low in quality won’t help you see a big increase in traffic.

To get Traffic flooded in your site…

Marketing is only the best way in online business

Search engine marketing (SEM)

Everyone else is spending money on pay per click (PPC). So spend your marketing dollars intelligently on your PPC channel. Make you PPC campaign successful.

E-mail Marketing… These days, we’ve replaced that message with Tweets, Likes, and status updates, but that doesn’t mean that our affinity for email is any less. In fact, because of the noise that is social media, one could argue that the inbox has become our virtual dojo, our place of solitude amongst the chaos.

This is why, as an entrepreneur, I believe that building successful email marketing campaigns has never been more important than it is now. But there’s a problem; most people don’t know how to do it right. So in the interest of furthering best practices and helping you succeed as a business owner, let’s get back to the basics and talk about how a great email campaign is built, from the ground up.

Feature Advert… “Featured” is a free module which allows to list ads as … well … featured. This ads will behave like any other ad with two differences. #1 In the frontend ads marked as featured will be always displayed before “normal” ads (so the sorting will be first by is featured flag and then by date descending) #2 the featured ads will have different background to make them standout more from the others.

Usually this kind of featuring is used along with Payments module, it allows site owner to charge Ad poster more but in return give his Ad more exposure on site.

Newsletters… a bulletin issued periodically to the members of a society, business, or organization. Newsletters delivered electronically via email (e-newsletters) have gained rapid acceptance for the same reasons email in general has gained popularity over printed correspondence.

Text ads… PPC (pay per click)-Compelling, targeted text ads are crucial to a high-performance PPC campaign. They’re often the first contact that a potential customer has with your site: they search for something related to your business, and your ad shows up in the results. Whether or not they click on your ad and get to your website depends on how powerful your message is and how relevant it is to what they want.

Since the PPC text ad is so often the “first touch,” it’s crucial that you get them right. Creating well-written AdWords ads offers some very obvious benefits:

Improved Click-Through Rate(CTR)

Better Quality Scores

Lower CPA (Cost per Action)

The most important things to keep in mind when writing ad text are making sure your ad is highly relevant:

To your product or service

To the searcher’s intent (which can usually be inferred from the keyword and context)

To your PPC landing page

Banner Ads… A web banner or banner ad is a form of advertising on the World Wide Web delivered by an ad server. This form of online advertising entails embedding an advertisement into a web page. It is intended to attract traffic to a website by linking to the website of the advertiser.

Building an email list… If you’re not building an email list, you’re making a HUGE mistake. Back when I ran ad-based websites, I thought to myself, “why would I EVER want to build an email list?”I didn’t want emails. I wanted pageviews… because more pageviews meant more ad revenue TODAY! To put this in perspective, had I built an email list, when a publicly traded company approached me to buy out my blog, I could have asked for 7 to 10 times MORE money than they originally offered.

Social media marketing (SMM)… is the use of social media platforms and websites to promote a product or service.[1] Most of these social media platforms have their own built-in data analytics tools, which enable companies to track the progress, success, and engagement of ad campaigns. Companies address range stakeholders through social media marketing including current and potential customers, current and potential employees, journalists, bloggers, and the general public. On a strategic level, social media marketing includes the management of the implementation of a marketing campaign, governance, setting the scope (e.g. more active or passive use) and the establishment of a firm’s desired social media “culture” and “tone”. To use social media effectively, firms should learn to allow customers and Internet users to post user-generated content (e.g., online comments, product reviews, etc.), also known as “earned media“, rather than use marketer prepared  advertising  copy. While social media marketing is often associated with companies, as of 2016, a range of not-for-profit organizations and government organizations are engaging in social media marketing of their programs or services.

Social media itself is a catch-all term for sites that may provide radically different social actions. For instance, Twitter is a social site designed to let people share short messages or “updates” with others. Facebook, in contrast is a full-blown social networking site that allows for sharing updates, photos, joining events and a variety of other activities. Other social media sites need to be connected like-Pinterest, Linkedin, Tumbler, Reddit, Stumblpin.

Social media can massively impact your business and its ability to generate traffic and sales. 78% of companies now have dedicated social media teams and 54% of B2B marketers claim to have generated leads using social media. When it comes to social media, you can’t just barge into the ‘conversation’ and ask people to buy something from you or to visit your website to look at your lovely homepage. You need to provide value first, and develop some goodwill between you and your potential ‘followers.’

This is why content marketing tends to work well, when combined with social media. With content marketing, you can first provide value to people, who will then be encouraged to visit your site.If your content is good enough, they’ll be persuaded to visit again, so that they can consume some of your latest content. They’ll also be more inclined to follow your social media profile, which can help drive traffic when you post content in the future.

Just because a piece of content is old doesn’t mean that it is not worth sharing. Thanks to tools such as Buffer, you can repost old content again and again, so that it gets the coverage it deserves.

Mobile Metrics…With an ocean of mobile apps available, it’s becoming increasingly difficult for marketers and developers to rise above and get noticed, and then to appear convincing enough at first glance to encourage people to download their mobile apps. Marketers and developers better understand how and why users engage with their app.

The way people interact with an app is different from the way they use websites. Mobile app analytics is about converting ad budgets to installs, and installs to repeated app usage and in-app purchases. Ultimately, the objective of a mobile app developer is to evaluate user lifetime value, retention, and the frequency of usage. Nearly 22% of apps downloaded are never used more than once. Users are easily impressed by the promise of new apps, but their high expectations are often unmet during the app experience. Mobile App metrics that matter are-Users, Session Length, Session Interval, Time In App, Acquisition, Retention, Lifetime Value.

Finally Tracking people with analytics Guide… guide to managing user identities In order to start connecting all your data to actual people, you’ll need two things:

USER IDENTIFICATION — your analytics tool must be able to identify users when they tell you who they are.

SIGNING IN — your users must sign in or identify themselves on each of their devices (PC, iPad, etc.).

Apply these practices

For content marketing success, despite what some would have you believe. For this reason, vary the length and format of your content to make it as appealing as possible to different kinds of readers. Intersperse shorter, news-based blog posts with long-form content as well as video, infographics and data-driven pieces for maximum impact.

Headlines are one of the most important parts of your content. Without a compelling headline, even the most comprehensive blog post will go unread. Master the art of headline writing. For example, the writers at BuzzFeed and Upworthy often write upward of twenty different headlines before finally settling on the one that will drive the most traffic, so think carefully about your headline before you hit “publish.”

Pay Attention to On-Page SEO

Optimizing your content for search engines is still a valuable and worthwhile practice. Are you making the most of image alt text? Are you creating internal links to new content? What about meta descriptions? Optimizing for on-page SEO doesn’t have to take ages, and it could help boost your organic traffic. Target long-tail keywords, Long-tail keywords account for a majority of web searches, meaning that if you’re not targeting them as part of your paid search or SEO efforts, you’re missing out. Securing a guest post on a reputable site can increase blog traffic to your website and help build your brand into the bargain. Guest blogging is a two-way street. In addition to posting content to other blogs, invite people in your niche to blog on your own site. They’re likely to share and link to their guest article, which could bring new readers to your site. Just be sure that you only post high-quality, original content without spammy links, because Google is cracking way down on low-quality guest blogging.

Get Active on Social Media

It’s not enough to just share content through social channels – you need to actively participate in the community, too. Got a Twitter account? Then join in group discussions with relevant hash tags. Is your audience leaving comments on your Facebook posts? Answer questions and engage with your readers. Nothing turns people off quicker than using social media as a broadcast channel – use social media as it was intended and actually interact with your fans. Linked with Social Media Advertising – by the means of Sharing, like, your Contents, Products and Services you are ready to render with Twitter, Facebook, Google plus, Pinterest, Instagram. LinkedIn has also become much more than a means of finding another job. The world’s largest professional social network is now a valuable publishing platform in its own right, which means you should be posting content to LinkedIn on a regular basis. Doing so can boost traffic to your site, as well as increase your profile within your industry.

Link Internally

The strength of your link profile isn’t solely determined by how many sites link back to you – it can also be affected by your internal linking structure. When creating and publishing content, be sure to keep an eye out for opportunities for internal links. This not only helps with SEO, but also results in a better, more useful experience for the user – the cornerstone of increasing traffic to your website.

Make Sure Your Site is Responsive

The days when internet browsing was done exclusively on desktop PCs are long gone. Today, more people than ever before are using mobile devices to access the web, and if you force your visitors to pinch and scroll their way around your site, you’re basically telling them to go elsewhere. Ensure that your website is accessible and comfortably viewable across a range of devices, including smaller Smartphone’s.

Make Sure Your Site is fast

Ever found yourself waiting thirty seconds for a webpage to load? Me neither. If your site takes forever to load, your bounce rate will be sky high. Make sure that your pages are as technically optimized as possible, including image file sizes, page structure and the functionality of third-party plugins. The faster your site loads, the better.

Touch also in Comment Sections

You probably visit at least a few sites that are relevant to your business on a regular basis, so why not join the conversation? Commenting doesn’t necessarily provide an immediate boost to referral traffic right away, but making a name for yourself by providing insightful, thought-provoking comments on industry blogs and sites is a great way to get your name out there – which can subsequently result in driving more traffic to your own site. Just remember that, as with guest posting, quality and relevance are key – you should be engaging with other people in your niche, not dropping spam links on unrelated websites.

em1

Care about Email Marketing

So many businesses are focused on attracting new customers through content marketing that they forget about more traditional methods. Email marketing can be a powerful tool, and even a moderately successful email blast can result in a significant uptick in traffic. Just be careful not to bombard people with relentless emails about every single update in your business. Also, don’t overlook the power of word-of-mouth marketing, especially from people who are already enjoying your products or services. A friendly email reminder about a new service or product can help you boost your traffic, too.

Go After Referral Traffic

Rather than trying to persuade other sites to link back to you (a tedious and time-intensive process), create content that just begs to be linked to. Don’t spam Reddit and other similar sites hoping to “hit the jackpot” of referral traffic, because it’s not going to happen. Members of communities like Reddit are extraordinarily savvy to spam disguised as legitimate links, but every now and again, it doesn’t hurt to submit links that these audiences will find genuinely useful. Choose a relevant subreddit, submit your content, then watch the traffic pour in.

Incorporate Video

Text-based content is all well and good, but video can be a valuable asset in both attracting new visitors and making your site more engaging. Data shows that information retention is significantly higher for visual material than it is for text, meaning that video is an excellent way to grab – and hold – your audience’s attention, and boost traffic to your website at the same time. Build an audience and being that there is a boat load of spam, it takes awhile to build trust. So read articles, comment on articles, share those articles, credit the writers of those articles and repeat. Create great content; continue be social and the traffic will come.

Finally High quality, permanent, targeted free unique organic traffic is the best type of traffic you could get. Its hands free and pure ROI. So I highly recommend that anyone reading who needs traffic look into it. Some good high quality, permanent, targeted, free traffic sources you could use are number one http://flickr.com, a photo sharing site. To get traffic with this site you have to create interesting, niche targeted images or take interesting niche targeted photos or screenshots, sign up, upload the photos using proper tags (keywords) to make the traffic targeted, and say in the description of the photo: “Feel free to use this image, but give credits to http://www.yourwebsite.com.”, and then you’re getting permanent, targeted, free traffic forever from people sharing your photos and crediting your link.

Social Media Advertising

Last year, internet advertising surpassed newspaper advertising spending for the first time. Advertisers spent $5.1 billion on social media advertising in 2013 and this figure is expected to exceed $14 billion by 2018. In the third quarter of 2014, Facebook brought in $2.96 billion in advertising revenue, 66 percent of which came from mobile ads. Twitter generated 85% of its total revenue from mobile advertising in the same quarter, representing about $320 million.

Still not convinced of the value of social ads?

Ads On Facebook, desktop ads have 8.1x higher click-through rates and mobile ads have 9.1x higher click-through rates than normal web ads. Meanwhile, Promoted Tweets have shown average engagement rates of 1-3 percent—much higher than traditional banner ads. It’s no wonder that by June of this year, nearly 80% of US marketers were using promoted Tweets.

Social media advertising isn’t just a buzzword anymore. It’s a real, tangible driver of leads and sales, and marketing departments are increasing their social ad spend across the board in response. Facebook, Twitter and other social networks are filled with hundreds of millions of consumers. Why wouldn’t you take advantage?

To help you make use of these valuable new advertising tools, here is our beginner’s guide to social media advertising.

Twitter advertising

Facebook advertising

LinkedIn advertising

StumbleUpon advertising

Ads with smartphones –Social media is consumed overwhelmingly on mobile devices. Twitter users spend 86 percent of their time on the service on mobile. Facebook users aren’t far behind at 68 percent. This means most social media ads are being viewed on mobile devices, as well. As a result, messages have to be optimized for viewing on small mobile screens. While this may seem like a pain, Twitter recently unveiled a feature enabling paid Tweets to be targeted by zip code, so it’s also a huge advantage.

Take advantage of targeting features- One of the major issues with traditional ads is inefficiency. Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook and other social media advertising platforms offer very effective targetting capabilities to address that problem. From targeting social media managers on LinkedIn to Game of Thrones fans on Facebook, take advantage of this very useful targeting for more efficiency in advertising.

Online ads have become a daily part of internet life. For new marketers, it can be confusing getting a grasp on the scope and variety of online ads available. We’ve compiled a thorough list to help categorize and explain each form of online ads present on the web. Enjoy!

3 Basic Traffic Mediums

The Google Analytics Traffic Sources section categorizes your site traffic as “direct” traffic, 22%“referring” traffic, 16% or “search engine” traffic 62%.

Direct traffic Direct traffic represents those visitors that arrive directly and immediate on your site by: (1) typing your URL into the browser’s address bar; (2) clicking on a bookmark; or (3) clicking on a link in an email, SMS, or chat message. Direct traffic is a strong indicator of your brand strength and your success in email or text message marketing. Direct traffic can also be an indicator of offline marketing success. We offer our views on the benefits of direct traffic at “Direct Traffic is Better than Google Traffic.”

Referring trafficReferring site traffic, which is sometimes called referrer traffic or referral traffic, counts those visitors that click a link on another site and land on your site. Referral traffic can be indicative of social media marketing success.

Search engine traffic Search engine traffic is that traffic that comes from visitors clicking on links on a search results page for any search engine — whether Google, Bing, Yahoo!, Blekko, or similar. This traffic source is divided into organic or non-paidsearch engine traffic — meaning that the visitor clicked on a so-called natural search result — and CPC or paid search engine traffic, which is the traffic you purchase (via pay-per-click ads_ from search engines. Search engine traffic usually indicates that you have good or at least reasonably good content. It also can mean that you have chosen a good software platform. Be sure to learn which keywords are driving this traffic. Multi-channel merchants, as an example, may find that their brand name is a key search term. When this is the case, offline marketing is usually the real traffic driver.

Selecting “All Traffic Sources” from Google Analytics left-side navigation will show you a table listing the most active traffic sources and their medium. Direct traffic, as you would expect, has a medium of “none.” Traffic from Facebook, as an example, will have a medium of “referral.” Search engine traffic will have a medium or “organic” or “CPC” as described above.

Sometimes you will see a search engine domain, like Google.com, with the medium “referral.” This indicates that the site sent you traffic from a page other than a search engine results page. This could be a link from a Google+ account or some other Google service.

High-quality Backlink Best way

bl27

Best way to get high-quality, relevant backlink to your blog web site by creating unique, relevant content that can naturally gain popularity in the Internet community and the best way to get other sites to link up high-quality, relevant backlinks to your blog web site. Our users question always “What makes a backlink good or bad? What is a high quality backlink?”

A high quality backlink comes from relevant authoritative domains in your niche. If the website linking to your site has a high Domain Authority and has similar content, your backlink will be good for SEO.

A bad backlink comes from unrelated and untrusted sources. Sites that have been penalized and those that are violating Google’s Webmaster Guidelines can have a negative impact on your SEO. To avoid having bad backlinks, you have to perform a quick website audit to all the sites you plan to build links on.

So you want to build quality backlinks to your website and rank higher in Google. That’s what all SEOs want. With Google Penguin and other similar threats, you have to be very cautious at what type of backlinks you are building. If your website has lots of quality backlinks, good things will happen to your organic traffic. On the other side, bad backlinks will do more harm than good. Link building (alternative spellings include link building and link-building) refers to the process of getting external pages to link to a page on your website. It is one of the many tactics used in search engine optimization (SEO). Technique of driving quality traffic to one’s site has remained evergreen and that is getting a high number of high quality links pointing to your site in the right context. While the Panda and Penguin updates created many changes in the way we look at off-page and on-page SEO, Hummingbird makes it imperative that we get our link-building strategies completely Google-proof if we don’t want to be relegated to the dark dungeons of page two and beyond on a Google SERP.

Links are the lifeblood of Search campaigns and the foundation on which every site is visible in the Search Engine Results Pages (SERPs). Creating good content pays off: Links are usually editorial votes given by choice, and the more useful content you have, the greater the chances someone else will find that content valuable to their readers and link to it. Naturally your site will be linked up with high quality page rank site linking with will produce best search engine results pages automatically.

There are ways to manually submit your site to millions of forums, blog comments, and directories, but those links are generally very low quality and have been the focus of algorithm updates such as Penguin. This metric, which is the number of times an anchor in your backlink profile occurs, is best measured using tools like Open Site Explorer, MajesticSEO, Ahrefs, etc., is very important. An ex-Googler told at SMX Australia to always be sure the highest occurring anchor text for a site is branded otherwise you may trigger an algorithmic filter or penalty.

Some backlinks won’t improve your rankings at all, and some might even have a negative effect. It’s logical that a high quality backlink would come from a high quality website, and that a high quality site would also be a very trustworthy site.To determine if a website is trustworthy, search engines use a set of trusted seed sites (for example, Wikipedia, BBC, The Huffington Post, etc.)

High-Quality BackLink building & search for Ranking in Search Engines

Search engines will count all the links pointing at websites (except those blocked using nofollow or other methods), but they don’t count them all equally. They give more weight to the links that are considered to be of better quality.

Various link building techniques to compile the best strategy to avoid Google penalties. According to my research, I have observed that Google takes serious action if your links are built unnaturally by any means such as directories, bookmarks, guest blogging and etc.

BackLink schemes-Google way

Understand Google’s quality criteria  guidelines of what NOT to do…

Content that is scraped from renowned, well-ranked sites

Low-quality guest posting

Syndicating your own content to well-read blogs and publishers

Doorway sites are another old black hat technique that Google frowns upon

Running an affiliate program is a perfectly acceptable way to earn rank. However, if the affiliate sites that link to your website contain just copied product descriptions with a couple of comments from the affiliate site owner, they do absolutely nothing for improving the rankings of your site. If you do have to have affiliates linking into your webpages, make sure they are high quality sites that contain original content besides content about your product. An original review, accompanied by comments and product recommendations from a trusted blog owner would make a real difference in convincing a potential user as well as Googlebot.

Any links intended to manipulate PageRank or a site’s ranking in Google search results may be considered part of a link scheme and a violation of Google’s Webmaster Guidelines. This includes any behavior that manipulates links to your site or outgoing links from your site.

The following are examples of link schemes which can negatively impact a site’s ranking in search results:

Buying or selling links that pass PageRank. This includes exchanging money for links, or posts that contain links; exchanging goods or services for links; or sending someone a “free” product in exchange for them writing about it and including a link

Excessive link exchanges (“Link to me and I’ll link to you”) or partner pages exclusively for the sake of cross-linking

Large-scale article marketing or guest posting campaigns with keyword-rich anchor text links

Using automated programs or services to create links to your site

Additionally, creating links that weren’t editorially placed or vouched for by the site’s owner on a page, otherwise known as unnatural links, can be considered a violation of our guidelines. Here are a few common examples of unnatural links that may violate our guidelines:

Text advertisements that pass PageRank

Advertorials or native advertising where payment is received for articles that include links that pass PageRank

Links with optimized anchor text in articles or press releases distributed on other sites. For example:
There are many wedding rings on the market. If you want to have a wedding, you will have to pick the best ring. You will also need to buy flowers and a wedding dress.

Low-quality directory or bookmark site links

Keyword-rich, hidden or low-quality links embedded in widgets that are distributed across various sites, for example:
Visitors to this page: 1,472
car insurance

Widely distributed links in the footers or templates of various sites

Forum comments with optimized links in the post or signature, for example:
Thanks, that’s great info!
– Paul
paul’s pizza san diego pizza best pizza san diego

Note that PPC (pay-per-click) advertising links that don’t pass PageRank to the buyer of the ad do not violate our guidelines. You can prevent PageRank from passing in several ways, such as:

Adding a rel=”nofollow” attribute to the <a> tag

Redirecting the links to an intermediate page that is blocked from search engines with a robots.txt file

The best way to get other sites to create high-quality, relevant links to yours is to create unique, relevant content that can naturally gain popularity in the Internet community. Creating good content pays off: Links are usually editorial votes given by choice, and the more useful content you have, the greater the chances someone else will find that content valuable to their readers and link to it.

If you see a site that is participating in link schemes intended to manipulate PageRank, let us know. We’ll use your information to improve our algorithmic detection of such links.

Keyword research is at the core of pay-per-click marketing and SEO practices.

Though not free, FreshKey is my #1 go-to keyword research tool that allows me to see beyond the regular Google Instant suggestions and predictions that appear when I start typing things in on Google.

Not only does it give you new keyword ideas, variations, and synonyms, it also sorts the keywords depending on popularity.

3.) Soovle (free)

If you have multiple channels you wish to do keyword research for and want to sound like an idiot explaining the pronunciation of this tool to your watercooler buddies, then Soovle is a perfect fit.

Soovle allows you to explore the most typed in keywords on multiple search engines based on the keyword root you give it. It even includes Amazon and eBay.

Not only is it a great keyword research tool to use, but it’s also a great brainstormer as you can slowly start typing in your ideas and allow it to auto-generate its own ideas.

4.)  Ubersuggest (free)

Meet the keyword research tool on steroids, Ubersuggest.

Ubersuggest takes any keyword you give it and immediately gives you an almost unlimited list of alphabetized and numerical keyword variations of your original keyword.

You can even take it further by adding “bounce house ab, ac, ad” to uncover more keywords that you could potentially bid on or use for SEO purposes.

5.) Search Term/Query Reports (free-ish)

Now even though you won’t be expanding your keyword net by using search query report mining, you’ll at least be improving your AdWords or Bing Ads account by patching up holes.

One common thing I notice in PPC accounts is the lack of attention and detail in which the account owner or previous agency allows one or a couple of keywords to be the “catch all” for everything. A common example would be to have the keyword +bounce +house or “bounce house” and leave it at that.

6.)  Google Keyword Planner (free)

Duuuhhh…! Of course this is on the list.

The Google Keyword Planner is sometimes regarded as the alpha and omega of keyword research tools. You must have an AdWords account to access it, and that doesn’t mean you have to pay anything to use it, it’s still free.

The Google Keyword Planner will show you some pretty neat stats like average monthly searches, competition level (high, medium, or low), the average cost per click, and more.

It doesn’t give you exact keyword suggestions like FreshKey or Ubersuggest, but it actually takes it a step further and suggests more synonyms and variations than many other tools available.

7.) Competitor Source Code (free)

This might not be the best and most fruitful keyword research tool but it allows you to see what meta keywords your competitors could be using to try to rank organically.

Since I use Google Chrome as my browser, it’s super simple to right-click on a site and select “View Page Source.”

8.) AdWords Display Planner (free)

AdWords’ Display Planner tool isn’t solely a keyword tool, but it does offer a great deal of functionality that could be invaluable to marketers of all stripes.

The Display Planner tool replaced the YouTube Keyword Tool in 2014, and can be accessed from the Tools section of your AdWords account. Although it’s a little more involved than entering a keyword into the YouTube Keyword Tool, the Display Planner offers some great functionality for making the most of Display campaigns, including keyword-driven video ad campaigns on YouTube. The Display Planner also offers precious insights into the demographics and interests of your audiences, allowing you to create highly tailored Display campaigns.

Tools

The specific tools required for each month are called out in this guide however there are tools that may be used at any point for a variety of reasons. Every tool mentioned in this guide is free or at least has a free tier and/or a free trial that will allow you at least start working.

Rapportive – This Gmail Plugin is for identifying what users social profiles are connected to their email address. This is key because reaching out to people via social media first is far more effective than emailing them first.

Boomerang – This Gmail plugin allows you to schedule and automatically follow up on emails.

Microsoft Excel – This spreadsheet application is in invaluable for collecting, slicing and dicing data. Get to know it well with Distilled’s Excel Guide to SEO.

SEOmoz Toolbar – The SEOmoz toolbar is a must-have for a variety of reasons, but in the case of building links you can find out whether a site meets your SEO metric requirements as you go.

Scraper for Chrome – Stop copy and pasting data one piece at a time, use this plugin to quickly scrape data off a page and port it right to Google Docs.

Google Refine – The data you collect will often be wonky or at least not in the format that you want it to be in and for some things Excel just doesn’t cut it. This tool by Google helps you clean it up.

SpyOnWeb – Using this tool you can quickly figure out what domain names or IPs share the same space and what sites have the same AdSense ID. In other words you can use SpyOnWeb to identify whether your prospect is a part of a link farm.

Link Detective – This link classification tool quickly lets you determine what types of links you or your competitor has. Take a CSV from Open Site Explorer and throw it into the system and find out the makeup of a link profile.

Link Indices – A link index gives you the links that are linking to a given page or site. This is invaluable intel for tracking progress and identifying opportunities and deficiencies. Each of the following link indices has its own strengths and weaknesses, so give them all a try and determine which one fits your needs the best just like Branko Rihtman did:

Open Site Explorer

MajesticSEO

Ahrefs

Social Listening – Use tools like TopsySocial MentionAmplicate and Google Discussion Search to identify user segments based on keyword searches and usage. Starting from basic keyword searches that you have identified in the Adwords Keyword Tool identify who is contributing to that conversation. In cases where the conversation is particularly spammy, download the tweets and clean them up using Google Refine.
Facebook Ad Creator – The Facebook Ad Creator is to audience research what the Google Adwords Keyword Tool is to Keyword Research.

GoFish – This is a tool that I built to perform real-time keyword research in order to help identify co-relevant ideas that are already occurring on Twitter and gives you a list of users that have tweeted those keywords.

Facebook Ad Creator – You might be surprised to see this tool twice. In addition to being great for segment inventory it’s also great for inferring content ideas that will resonate with those people.

Ask for Links in Mailing List Signups – Encourage users to link to your website when sending out the confirmation email for your mailing asking them or including embed code.
Profile Links – Many Web 2.0 profiles allow you to implement a “DoFollow” link or links that pass link equity. When claiming your brand on social networks be sure to include links from your profile.

Facebook Fan Page

Twitter

YouTube

Google+ Profile
Directory Submission – Directory submissions are generally considered the lowest form of link building and generally won’t help you move the needle. That said you can easily identify directories with keyword searches plus directory type e.g. “3d tv rss directory.” Again, you can show numbers with these, but they are generally not worth your time.

RSS Directories

Niche Directories

Paid Directories

Article Directories

Blog Directories

Design Galleries
Better Business Bureau – The BBB has a site with an incredibly high domain authority, it’s a widely trusted site in both the eyes of the search engines and the consumer. Getting linked from this site is fairly easy and very valuable.
Chamber of Commerce – Similar to the BBB, the local chamber of commerce provides the same type of value and ease for obtaining links.
Join the Conversation – Typically this is called “link dropping,” but that is only in cases where people place links without joining in the conversation contextually. If you are adding to the conversation (as seen on SEOmoz posts) this is a viable tactic for link building.

Message Boards/Blogs – Find these with keyword searches in Google’s discussion search and Social Mention.

Quora

LinkedIn

Yahoo Answers

Link building (alternative spellings include linkbuilding and link-building) refers to the process of getting external pages to link to a page on your website. It is one of the many tactics used in search engine optimization (SEO). Building links is a difficult, time-consuming process as not all links are created equal. A link from an authoratative website like the Wall Street Journal will make a greater impact on a SERP than a link from a newly built website, but high quality links are hard to come by.

Why You Can (and should) Blog

The very best blogs (not necessarily the most popular) are those where the writer has a compelling voice and a story to tell. Not everyone does, but most people would be surprised to realize that if they’re willing to make the commitment, they do have something to say. And they might discover what a wonderfully gratifying endeavor blogging is.

There are dozens more good reasons to do this, but here are 10 to get you started:

Social media is about being quick and clever. It demands that we be eye-catching and succinct. There’s a place for that kind of communication, but when we tweet or post on Facebook, subtlety and detail are often lost in the clamor for attention and humor. Because they are far more than 140 characters, blog posts are true contemplations of our lives and our thoughts.

Eighty-one percent of Americans think they have a book inside them. Not all of them are wrong. A blog can be the first step to writing a feature article, book or screenplay. It is a trial run for bigger writing projects that can look just a bit too daunting in their entirely but can come to life when taken in blog-size pieces.

Becoming a better writer is good for your brain. And there is only one way to become a better writer. Maybe you have the self-discipline to hone your craft in your own little notebook. I don’t. The pressure of just one other person reading my scribblings pushes me to always strive to improve.

Writing makes us think with more focus, as it forces a self-control that mere musings cannot. Most of our communication is immediate and reactive and lacks any real thought. Blogging forces us to think. A decision becomes clearer when we write the pros and cons; a reflection becomes more tangible when we commit it to paper.

It’s a great chronicle of family history. I wish I had blogged my kids’ babyhood and childhood. My photos would be in chronological order and I would remember more of those unbelievably cute things they said that I thought I’d never forget. (I did.) I would urge any young parent to create a digital record. Life is more memorable when it is recorded. Your kids will thank you, as will theirchildren.

Life can narrow as we age. We have our friends, we know our community — and as a result, we can become just a little too settled. Quitting our jobs or pulling up roots and traveling the world is not an option for many. Blogging keeps us in constant contact with an ever-expanding world of new people and new thoughts. By stretching past our limits, our assumptions get challenged and what we thought we knew, shaken.

A recent New York Times article revealed the secret of slowing down time: “It’s simple: if you want time to slow down, become a student again,” wrote Richard A. Friedman. “Learn something that requires sustained effort; do something novel.” Coming up with new content, being forced to learn new things is what keeps us alive and young. Enter blogging.

Nothing makes you feel less alone in the world than 10 comments on your blog from perfect strangers saying that they are feeling the exact same thing you are.

Everyone should leave one indelible mark on the world, a legacy in black and white. If you have not yet left yours, start a blog.

How n Where from You Writing To and For?

Select your niche first. For whom and what about you are going to write on. Then search your keyword from Google keyword planner to select and set your blog domain to set and start. Then go to write down your title comply with your Blog name with domain. Never write any content which does not follow your title. Remember blogging is a regular process which you should have to be consistent with your niche (subject matter which you know well about and are going to tell before your audience). You must have to give regular update and should have to be in touch with your audience in a regular interval. All of your given information’s should be truthful n something quite learnable, logical n truth. It’s may be your own or you can collect from elsewhere, but there should be a reference of your every post dependable n truth. . Stick to your niche and use the power of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) systems in order to get your business in Google’s attention. Simple “How To” articles, lists, or “What”/”Why” articles could generate a lot of traffic to your contents and blog.

Now get ready start to set, How n Where to register your blog first…..

In Blogging there are three terms: freelance blogger, guest blogger, and content marketer. A freelance blogger is someone who is paid for writing blog posts for his clients (can be individuals or companies).

Guest blogger is someone who writes a blog post and gets it published on another person’s website. He can be paid for it or is usually done for free — in exchange for a credit, in the form of a backlink at the end of his guest post.

Guest blogging can be done for clients as well. It means that a client will pay a guest blogger for writing about his business on another website. And a content marketer is someone who writes content to attract targeted traffic to his website.

For example, I’m not a freelance blogger or a guest blogger as I haven’t written any guest posts on another blog, yet. And I personally do not write for clients either. But I can be called a content marketer as I’m writing blog posts that is attracting targeted traffic.

Be specific with your audience.  Research the markets for select your blog style and type of writing.

Incorporate a Gathering! A gathering is an extraordinary route for your guests to interface with each other. This can fabricate a group around your web journal website that holds individuals returning. Going from Hobby Blogger to Pro

Expect to wait a year or more before you can attract enough traffic to monetize your blog. A survey of thousands of bloggers by iBlog magazine — very few bloggers earn much. In fact:

Only 11% of respondents earned more than $30,000

68% earned less than $5,000

And 57% made less than $2,500

That said, some bloggers earn six-figure incomes and 6% of respondents indicated they make over $60,000 annually.

Blog on a topic you are passionate about.

One of the best ways to stand out from the masses and monetize a blog is to write about something people are interested in, but that other media outlets generally ignore.

Blogging has become an increasingly visual medium. Consequently, visual social platforms like Pinterest, Instagram and Vine are driving traffic to blogs. As a result, bloggers need to learn and develop strong photography, image editing and social media skills.

For assistance learning these skills, you might want to try sites such as Lynda.com, where you’ll find video tutorials on a wide range of topics including photo editing and video production.

Create informal virtual alliances with other bloggers with whom you can share content, cross-promote and offer support.

Like any profession, and blogging is a profession, it’s critical to invest in professional training to keep your skills sharp and current as well as to learn about the latest options for monetization.

Fortunately, there are many resources available to help. In addition to the BlogHer events and site, some of my personal favorites for learning tips on writing compelling content, marketing and monetizing are Fizzle.comMichaelHyatt.com and Problogger.net. All three provide lots of free advice (and more in-depth training and support is available for a fee).

Finally get ideas from your audience, understand them. Write for yourself first & foremost just focus on your thoughts, ideas, and opinions and figure out how to put those into words. Build your e-mail list. Love & care about your existing readers. Give away free content that adds value to people’s lives “until it hurts” and they will love you and become loyal fans. Be consistent & give away your knowledge. Be true to your voice. Remember invest in blogging for a long time before you see a return. The web is a big, noisy place and unless you’re willing to invest more over a greater period of time than others, you’ll find success nearly impossible.
