There are countless social media management tools on the market right now, and many of them have some extra features that would benefit different types of businesses. Some of them, everyone has heard about – the likes of Hootsuite, or Sprout Social – while others are perhaps lesser-known, but just as good, if not better than the most popular tools.

Who Needs Social Media Management Tools – And Why

If you are a digital marketer, or are using social media to promote your business, then you would benefit from using a social media management tool, as simple as that. Even if you’re only managing a couple of social media accounts, it would still help you get more results, and faster.

Here’s why you need a management tool to sort your social media:

You can create multiple posts—enough to populate your social media for a week, or more.

Save time: having everything in one place, in one dashboard, can help you save a lot of valuable time. A social media management tool allows you to manage multiple accounts, even from different social networks. That means no more logging in and out every time you need to post something new from a different account, not to mention you will have all of the engagement you need to respond to in one place.

Never miss an update: A good tool will make sure you never miss any social mentions, questions, or opportunities for engagement. You’ll know exactly what needs responding to, in real time.

Analytics: Most social media management tools also have built-in analytics that you can check out in real time. Checking your analytics regularly is very important, as it helps you improve your social media strategy as you go along, and helps you make sure you don’t make the same mistakes over and over again. With the built-in analytics, there’s also no need to get another tool specifically for this (that will also probably cost you).

Scheduling updates: Many of the tools on the market allow for scheduling updates. This is another great time saver, and a tool that helps you make sure you never miss an opportunity to post updates, even for when you won’t have access to the internet.

More engagement, better engagement: A good social media management tool is designed in such a way to help you increase your engagement, and to find engagement opportunities faster. You can create tabs for various keyword or hashtag searches, particular users or current trends, so you can see in real time what people are saying about a particular subject, and easily start and jump in conversations. As I mentioned earlier, it will also make sure you never miss any updates or questions addressed to you, so you can promptly respond.

Team collaboration: If you have several people in your team contributing to the social media marketing campaigns, then a social media management tool can help with that. It also makes your team members’ jobs easier, as they can get specific tasks assigned to them, and they can all login to the same dashboard, and not have to go to each individual social account.

Which Social Media Management Tools You Use?

Every business is different – and has different needs that require addressing. The G2Crowd info graphic provides a great overview of the top five rated social media management tools out right now, and each tool is assessed based on six different criteria:

  • The overall user satisfaction
  • Product direction, meaning how well the tools are keeping up with new social media trends and features
  • Ease of use/maintenance, or how easy the software is to setup and use
  • Customer service support
  • Usability – is the tool improving your productivity?
  • Meeting business requirements

The results of the info graphic are very revealing – Agorapulse is the clear winner in almost all categories considered, tying in only one category – usability – with Sprout Social. Right after Agorapulse comes Buffer as a close second, and in the last two places come Sendible and Hootsuite, although they still have decent scores in most categories. (Here’s Agorapulse Review.)

It includes Email Marketing, search engine marketing (SEM), social media marketing, many types of display advertising (including web banner advertising), and mobile advertising. Like other advertising media, online advertising frequently involves both a publisher, who integrates advertisements into its online content, and an advertiser, who provides the advertisements to be displayed on the publisher’s content. Other potential participants include advertising agencies who help generate and place the ad copy, an ad server which technologically delivers the ad and tracks statistics, and advertising affiliates who do independent promotional work for the advertiser.

EMAIL MARKETING

EMAIL MARKETING is THE FOUNDATION OF ONLINE BUSINESS: believe that email marketing is the best way to make money on the internet. And it’s the easiest way to start an online business.

Email marketing is the act of sending a commercial message, typically to a group of people, using email. In its broadest sense, every email sent to a potential or current customer could be considered email marketing. It usually involves using email to send advertisements, request business, or solicit sales or donations, and is meant to build loyalty, trust, or brand awareness. Marketing emails can be sent to a purchased lead list or a current customer database. The term usually refers to sending email messages with the purpose of enhancing a merchant’s relationship with current or previous customers, encouraging customer loyalty and repeat business, acquiring new customers or convincing current customers to purchase something immediately, and sharing third-party ads.

How to Utilize the Power of Email and Autoresponders and Make Unbelievable amounts Of Money!

Email and Autoresponders:

THE POWER OF EMAIL- Email offers incredible benefits, such as:

  • Direct communicationwith the consumer
  • Full controlover how and when marketing happens to the list
  • Full ownershipof that list
  • The ability to build relationshipswith the consumer—and remember that relationships drive decision-making

Email truly is the foundation of any online business. I know this because I started my online business with email marketing.

Just create a system that has allowed building an email marketing business that has generated an amazing income. The potential of email marketing that in mind, let’s take a closer look at what email marketing offers to anyone running an online business.

And the type of online business doesn’t matter. It applies to everything. Whether it is affiliate marketing, eCommerce, digital publishing, or something else, email marketing has the same function.

To generate leads!

Let me explain. Using ANY traffic-driving strategy, the ultimate goal is to get the consumer to opt in. Drive them to a page where they will have the choice of providing their email address in exchange for a FREE gift.

This free gift can be anything. A physical product or a digital product. Having said that, creating a digital product, such as a report, and offering it as a free gift is my preferred route. And creating a digital product is easy. We show you how in our free digital boot camp.

The key here is that once the visitor has opted into the email list, they can be marketed to again and again and again. As long as they stay subscribed, there is no limit to what can be achieved.

But email marketing has another function. Aside from generating leads, email also supplements all aspects of a business. Email allows a business owner to:

  • Follow up with customers
  • Provide an introduction to themselves, the business, or a new product
  • Build relationships with customers
  • Get people into the sales funnel and guide them through it

Now, I know email marketing sounds amazing—and it is. But how does it work? Let’s dig deeper…

WHAT MAKES EMAIL MARKETING WORK

There are a lot of different aspects of email marketing that a marketer needs to manage. They have to:

  • Build and maintain an email list
  • Compose emails
  • Send that email to each subscriber—they have to do this individually if they want the emails to be personalized
  • Segment their email list and send the right emails to the right segments
  • Be sure to send emails on time, based on their predetermined email schedule
  • And this would all have to be done manually!

This takes A LOT of time and effort. It’s a real headache. Fortunately, there is another way…

Email Autoresponders!

See how you can use Autoresponder to help you target and send a series of personalized communications to your contacts. It’s a great way to build relationships while you get back to running your business.

How to collect Email Addresses

An email Autoresponder service will collect all email addresses and organize them in a database. With this database of email addresses, they can send out:

  • Personalized emails to the entire list
  • Individual emails
  • Automated emails according to a predetermined schedule
  • Segmented emails to specific people in the list

This can all be automated to operate without the need for the marketer to do anything other than write the email.

THE AWESOME BENEFITS OF AUTORESPONDERS

With the ability to fully automate the email marketing process, marketers can enjoy the following benefits:

  • The ability to send broadcast emails to the entirelist or select members of the list
  • More timeto focus on other areas of their business
  • Simplified, yet incredibly effectiveemail marketing
  • Increased followerson social media pages and blogs by leading subscribers to these pages
  • The ability to generate repeat saleswith ease
  • Easily follow upwith customers
  • Build long-term relationshipswith subscribers
  • No need to hire people to help with email marketing
  • The ability to measurethe results

Honestly, there is no reason NOT to rely on the power of an email autoresponder

But in order to enjoy these benefits, it is important to use a good and reputable autoresponder.

KEYS TO A GOOD AUTORESPONDER

There are a lot of autoresponder companies out there. It can be difficult to choose one that will deliver the features and benefits needed to run a successful online business.

But there are certain features that every good autoresponder should have.

First and foremost, choose an autoresponder with a good reputation. Get online. Check out the reviews, the top-10 lists, the forums. See what others have to say about the autoresponders out there.

But reputation is only the beginning…

There are a lot of other things to look for in a good autoresponder service. Just keep in mind that the most reputable autoresponders will offer all of them. Things to look for include the following:

Integration: It is important that the autoresponder be able to integrate with a variety of other services and other platforms. This includes things like:

  • Third-party solutions, such as lead generation and sales funnel service providers
  • Website buttons
  • WordPress integration
  • Web forms
  • Shopping carts

Usability: The autoresponder MUST be user-friendly. If a marketer can’t figure out how to use it, it won’t be much good.

The whole point of using an autoresponder is to save time, not waste it trying to figure out how something works. Drag and drop features go a long way to improving usability.

Deliverability: The last thing any email marketer wants is their emails ending up in the spam folder. Or worse, having emails declared undeliverable.

The autoresponder must have enough credibility and the required technology to keep emails out of the spam folder and ensure they are delivered. Make sure the autoresponder service guarantees at least a 99% deliverability rate. It helps if the autoresponder makes it possible to offer subscribers a double opt-in.

Scalability: Every email marketer hopes their business will grow. That’s the point, right?

And the autoresponder needs to be able to scale along with the growth of that business. The best autoresponders have scaling plans that allow upgrades according to list size.

List size: Speaking of growth and scalability, not all autoresponders are good for all list sizes.

Some are better for bigger lists and some are better for smaller lists. Choose the one that works best.

Additional tools: These are the bells and whistles that make an autoresponder indispensable. A lot of autoresponders have additional tools that help with email marketing.

Examples of these tools include lead pages, opt-in forms and unique metrics.

Of course, when choosing the best autoresponder, the key isn’t always to seek out the good. It’s also important to avoid the bad…

WHAT TO AVOID WITH AUTORESPONDERS

The flip side of the autoresponder coin is knowing what to avoid when choosing one. First and foremost, if they have bad deliverability ratings, run the other way.

Aside from that, it is important to avoid autoresponders that don’t offer features, integration, and scaling that suits a marketer’s individual needs.

The key is to use an autoresponder that provides precisely what is needed for that particular business. First, it has to integrate with all the third-party solutions. If a marketer is using a landing page builder and the autoresponder can’t integrate with it, then there isn’t any point in using it. And it MUST integrate with the marketer’s website.

Thankfully, most autoresponders integrate with many platforms. But always double-check.

A good autoresponder should also have features that suit the needs of the marketer’s business. For example, there is no need for eCommerce features if the business doesn’t have an eCommerce site.

And no matter what, don’t overpay. Most marketers don’t need the biggest plan when they are starting out. Start small, take it slow, and scale up only when necessary. Just be sure to choose an autoresponder that allows for scaling as a business grows.

So here are the cliff notes on what to avoid when it comes to email autoresponders:

  • Bad deliverability ratings
  • Sub-par integration
  • Overpaying for unnecessary features and services

But How to put your Online Marketing on Autopilot with Autoresponder?

Autoresponder makes it possible – you could set up a simple marketing system that allowed you to capture and nurture leads for your business or nonprofit. If you could set up this system once and know that it’s continually working for your business or nonprofit while you focus your energies on other aspects that are important for your continued growth.

With Autoresponder you can increase engagement with your contacts by delivering personalized, timely, and relevant messages — best of all, once set up, it all happens on autopilot. Set it once and forget it.

Marketing your business or nonprofit to new and existing contacts just got a lot easier.

Here’s what we’ll look at in this guide:

  • Understanding Autoresponder
  • A smart approach for your autoresponder series
  • Autoresponder ideas to get you started

Now let’s get into the actual email autoresponders…

10 AMAZING EMAIL AUTORESPONDERS THAT MAKE BUILDING A LIST EASY

There are so many autoresponders out there and not all are equal.

Just wading through them to find the best and most suitable ones can take time. And the trial and error of signing up to find out it won’t work is frustrating.

With that in mind, here is a list of the very best and most reputable autoresponders. Some are ideal for small businesses, some for larger businesses. Some are better for shopping cart integration. Read through and select the best one based on the features and benefits offered.

Aweber

Aweber is ideal for anyone whose primary goal is to collect leads. It is the classic autoresponder.

It is designed to scale up to accommodate thousands of email subscribers. Plus, it offers the best deliverability of any autoresponder out there.

This is a great autoresponder for beginners. They offer a plan that is always free, as long as the list stays below 500 subscribers.

SendLane

SendLane is ideal for any size of email marketing business. With plans starting at $9 for up to 500 subscribers, it can scale to more than 100,000.

And with these plans comes unlimited lists and campaigns. They also offer full API integration, great marketing automation and a landing page builder.

iContact

This autoresponder is great for small- and medium-sized marketers. One of the best features of iContact is how easy it is to drag and drop everything.

Benchmark

Benchmark is a great, scalable autoresponder. It has a wealth of features and it’s free up to 1,000 subscribers.

Email marketing is the lifeline of any online business

The ability to generate leads is critical to the success of an online business. This is generally done by giving the consumer the choice to opt into the email list in exchange for a FREE gift, such as a free report.

But email marketing can be time-consuming —unless an autoresponder is used to streamline and automate the process. Using an autoresponder makes it possible to:

  • Build and manage an email list
  • Send out automated emails
  • Send out segmented emails
  • Personalize emails
  • Schedule the delivery of emails

And with an email autoresponder, the marketer has complete control over the entire process. Complete control over the campaign. And complete ownership of the list.

Autoresponders are a great tool. But it is critical to have the right system and strategy behind it. The best autoresponders:

  • Provide easyintegration
  • Are scalableto meet the needs of a growing business
  • Have excellent and reliable deliverability
  • Offer competitive pricing
  • Offer a wide range of useful features
  • Is user-friendly

But signing up with a good autoresponder is just the beginning. Next comes an email marketing strategy that will ensure any email marketer will find incredible success.

Let’s say it’s DSLR cameras, in particular let’s use the Nikon D7200 as our example. I might search for: Nikon D7200 review, Nikon D7200 sale, adorama coupon code (a site that sells the camera), Nikon D7200 vs. D610.

Set for your Website:

·         Higher price, lower volume niche website ideas
·         affiliate programs with good commissions?
·         write 100 articles on the topic?
·         Write 5 articles reviewing 5 of the most popular items in your niche
How to Find Affiliate programs with good commissions?
Sign up for affiliate programs relating to your new site and content.
Create a list of friends and colleagues to email and tell about your new site
Setup social media for the site: Facebook, Twitter, and Pinterest
Start contacting previously listed blogs and websites offering guest posts or story ideas (here’s how to do it)
Create a high quality pdf or email series to collect email addresses. Add to site.
NOW:

·         You have a website
·         Someone else has a product
·         You get a special link to their product
·         A reader clicks on the link and buys the product
·         You get a commission

Ways to make money on the internet on niche sites are:

·         Affiliate Links
·         Adsense Ads
·         Other Paid Advertisements
·         Paid Text Links
·         Direct product sales
A niche site can be any small scale web property that makes money.  Not just through Adsense or Amazon.  In fact, I’d describe a niche sites as having these characteristics:
It has a low number of content pages (Usually 20 or less.  Even a single page.)

It is tightly focused around a very specific topic or audience
It primarily relies on a single source of income
It gets traffic from one place (usually Google.)

Amazon Niche Sites

Building Amazon niche sites is another great way to create diversified income.  What you do here is look for “buying keywords” that people use to find physical products.  Generally these are folks who are ready to make a purchase right now and simply want product-specific information.  Your job is to send these people over to Amazon where they can make a purchase.

Most people avoid the Amazon income model because the commission rates aren’t great.  I think otherwise.  Recommending Amazon products helps you tap into the largest online retailer in the world.  People know and trust this site; so it’s not hard to turn clickers into buyers.

Plus practically every consumer item is sold on Amazon.  So you’ll never run out of product ideas.
How to Get Started

Find a quality physical product that’s sold on Amazon.   Take a look at my post on the 9 places to generate product ideas.
Use the Google Keyword tool to identify exact match keywords that get 1,000 or more searches per month.
Register a .com, .net, or .org that is an exact match domain.  If you can’t find one, append it with words like best, hq, site, or reviews.
Build a Word Press blog around this physical product.  Again, my recommendation is to check out the Niche Profit Course because it includes the Azon Theme.  This a basic website template that makes it brain-dead simple to build Amazon specific affiliate sites.
I think every affiliate marketer should build a few Amazon sites.  This is a great strategy for diversifying your Internet income.

Google Adsense Niche Sites
The Google Adsense model is another popular strategy for building niche websites.  The idea is simple: You target a specific topic, insert Google Adsense ads, and then get paid whenever someone clicks on a link.
One of the reasons people love this model is because they don’t have to “sell” anything.  All you have to do is get people to click a link.  That’s why Adsense is widely considered to be the most beginner-friendly way to make money online.

How to profit from Google Adsense

Find a topic that’s in an information-based niche.  Here are a few places to generate ideas:  eBay PulseAbout.com,  Trade Key and eHow.
Pick a keyword that gets at least 3,000 exact searches each month.  Be sure to look at the local searches because those provide the actual traffic your site will get.
Register a .com, .net, or .org that is an exact match domain.  If you can’t find one, append it with words like best, hq, site, or reviews.
Write at least 5 pages of content.  Then drip-feed (at least) one article per week.
Rinse and repeat for a number of Adsense sites.
This is a very basic overview of the process for building Adsense site.  I *should* have more information on this process when I get results back on my own sites.

Product Review Niche Sites
Product review sites are another great way to supplement your online income.  All you do is target a popular product in a niche and  write a review on it.
The goal of this site is to give additional information to anyone who wants to learn more about that particular product.  That’s why it’s important to provide additional content that can’t be found anywhere else.  So you should include things like video, screen shots, specific examples, case studies, etc.  Any additional information you include will make your review site stand out.

Here is an overview of the process:

Look for a product that gets at least 500 exact searches per month. Use words like review, scam, and bonus to get additional information.  Also do keyword searches for the URL and the name of product owner.
Register a .com, .net, or .org that uses the appended keyword terms.  For instant, you should target names like productnamebonus.com or productnamereview.com.
Create a KILLER review page.  Include video, diagrams, examples, screenshots, personal examples, and anything else that helps sell this product.
Write at least 5 pages of content.  Direct all the additional pages to the review you’ve done.
Include banner ads. Oddly enough, I’ve found that banner ads convert pretty well for affiliate and product review sites.
I like product review sites because they’re another way to target people with a buying mindset.  All you need to do is provide a review that’s a little better than the others that people provide.

YouTube “Niche” Sites

Yes!  I consider YouTube to be a niche site.  In fact, it goes perfectly with  launch jacking offers and product reviews.
Okay, we’ve all heard about the importance of YouTube.  We know it’s great for building an audience and establishing authority.  But there are two things that make me excited about YouTube:
YouTube videos get indexed super fast
Google loves to rank high in their search results
You can literally rank a video in under an hour and have it generate immediate income.  This strategy is perfect for those new products that don’t have a lot of competition.
Simple three step process:
Find a new product.    Use the same sites I’ve discussed previously (CB AnalyticsJV Notify ProAmazon BestsellerseBay Pulse, and Warrior Plus)
Create a simple video.  The tools I use are JingGo Animate, and Animoto.
Upload to YouTube.  Be sure to include a full description, affiliate URL, and target “buying” keywords like: Review, discount, buy, get, or bonus.
That’s it for this idea.  Stay tuned to my blog for more details on how I leverage the power of YouTube videos.

How to Get Traffic to Your Niche Sites

The ENTIRE strategy for create niche site income relies on web traffic.   Ultimately you need a system for increasing the search engine traffic that comes to your websites.  This can often be a tricky, time-consuming process.   That’s why I recommend the following posts which provides more detail about search engine optimization and backlinking:

These articles provide an excellent starting point for anyone interested in increasing the ranking of their website.

Twitter #Hashtag’s How to Strategy

ht1Twitter #Hashtag – Marketing Strategies

Learn to Create & using #hashtag’s for  newbies! with Marketing Strategies-We see #Hashtag’s basically using on Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, Google+ and Facebook but most of us don’t know Simply putting a #hashtag is an easy way for people to categorize, find and join conversations on a particular topic. The #hashtag is used to highlight keywords or topics within a Tweet, and can be placed anywhere within a post. Understand since using #Hastags in retweeting your post on Twitter. Learning about #hastags gives you good meaning and how to use them and create them. Using #hashtags to categorize Tweets by keyword: People use the #hashtag symbol (#) before a relevant keyword or phrase in their Tweet to categorize those Tweets and help them show more easily in Twitter search. Clicking or tapping on a hashtagged word in any message shows you other Tweets that include that #hashtag.

Thanks to the member-driven online information site Twitter, the lowly “pound” or “number” symbol “#” has been elevated to a new role. The hash mark, or pound symbol, (#) is now known by social media users as a “hashtag” or “hash tag”. Posts that have the same keywords prefixed with the # symbol are grouped together in user searches, bringing a level of order to the frenzied chaotic world of Twitter.

Know how to use Instagram or Twitter, #hashtags strategically.  #Hashtags are a word, or group of words after the # sign (like #hashtag, #buylocal, #marketing or anything else). If you’re more technically inclined, you might know them as a metadata tag. For marketers – you’ll know them as a way to engage your brand with your market.

ht3

The #HashTag’s Purpose

The #hashtag began as a humble idea: the tweeter adds the # symbol (known as the hash key on your telephone) in front of one word or a word group, no spaces. Doing so allows Twitter to categorize the tweet and group it with others who have tweeted using the same #hashtag. Think of the #hashtag as a keyword tag and it is easier to understand. People searching based on a specific #hashtag receive a list of tweets using that particular tag. The searcher is happy, and so are you, because, in one fell swoop, you have:

  • become visible to a new audience
  • joined the conversation
  • voiced your opinion
  • found a likeminded audience eager to read what you have to say

When the right hashtag is added to your tweets, your “retweet” rates rise (other people reposting your original tweets). This opens up your comment to new views and opinions, not to mention new followers, and so the cycle of growth and visibility continues.

Hashtags.org is known as the defacto standard / resource for curating the world’s list of hashtag definitions. Use our invaluable Hashtag Dictionary to search, understand, or define your tags of interest!

3 key marketing strategies for hashtags are:

  • Brand and campaign specific- tags that you make for your own business. Use them to market your brand and promotions.
  • Trending- “what’s trending now”. often referring to the hashtags that are trending, or are the most talked about right now.
  • Content- hashtags you use in your posts. They are not branded (and not used to define your business and marketing). They aren’t necessarily trending or highly popular. They are simply common hashtags that are related to your post content. Content hashtags improve the SEO of your posts. They get your updates seen by your consumers who are searching for, or using, the hashtag words, use a lot of content hashtags like #socialmedia, #marketing or #Facebook.

Few categories of common hashtags:

  • Product hashtags
  • Lifestyle hashtags
  • Event hashtags
  • Location hashtags

Use hashtags to:

  • Brand your business and marketing campaigns;
  • Catch real-time trending topics;
  • Expand the reach of your content updates.

There are also lots of resources that you can get more in-depth trending and popular tag opportunities. Check out:

  • Hashtags.org – You can find trending, declining and constant trends, as well as metrics about your social brand.
  • Statigram – You can search for Instagram hashtags trends and get alternatives for hashtag words, so you can choose the most popular tags.
  • Trendsmap – This site gives you a visual map to see geographic hashtag trends. As a local business, this is a great way to quickly know what’s trending in your area.

Steps to Creating Your Own #Hashtag’s

  1. Consider the value you intend to create. Crowd sourcing? Buzz gen? Provoking conversation?
  2. Develop a clear intention so people get it. Your hashtag must be relevant to your purpose and your subject. Avoid broad concepts like #marketing. Be more specific and unique.
  3. Make sure your chosen hashtag is not already in use.
  4. Make sure your hashtag hasn’t taken on another meaning that could prove negative or create Twitter hijacking. (RememberMcDonald’s?) Twitter Search, Hashtags.org and Tagalus can help with your search.
  5. If your hashtag is truly unique, add it to Tagalus and other hashtag tools.
  6. Get going! Don’t spam people in your anxiety to make sure “it’s working”. Explain what the tag means and encourage others to use it. Always provide value.
  7. Set up an automatic email alert tool so you know when your hashtag is used. (Try Twilert.)

If you want to create a community that people can engage and grow, use a #hashtag that invites others to participate and enjoy.

Using specific #hashtags can also give you inspiration for what to post on Instagram such as #whereistand  which people use to post a snapshot of where they are standing at the moment.
https://instagram.com/explore/tags/whereistand/
Over 100K posts have been made to this hashtag.

And always remember: you are a real live person talking to other real live people! Apply the Golden Rule in all of your marketing strategies for true long-term success.

Keyword Analysis Tool

kyw3

Keyword Analysis Tool is for gaining a competitive edge in the SERPs. Have you any proper idea about keyword? What are Keywords? What’s A “Keyword Phrase” Why are they important & vital to the success of your blog?  Keywords are how the search engines know what you’re all about and who they should send to your blog. What are they and why do I need to know about them? Here’s the deal. You’ve set up your blog, picked a niche, installed the necessary tools to make your blog succeed, now what? Now you have to make sure that people who are searching for it on Google and other search engines can find it. But how? With keywords. Choose Your Keywords Carefully. Because some keywords will get a few clicks a day while some words get a few THOUSANDS of clicks a day. The crazy part? Both keywords can cover the same topic and mean the same thing, but the more “common” term people use more often will obviously get more searches.  So every keyword gets incredibly different results and offers a completely different bang for your buck. Keyword (singular), keywords (plural) and “keyword phrases” get 859, 723, 45 searches per day respectively.

 kyw5

Choose Great Keywords for Your Blog Posts

Remember, you start with the topic, the niche that you’re going to cover, and then you really need to focus on how people who are looking for your content are going to find it. Those tags you add to your blog are crucial! Those three to five words can make or break you! And back to the cardinal rule… write great content that people actually want to read, and work with the search engines to help them find your great content. Then promote that great content.

To Find the Right Keywords to use, find here some great Free & Paid keyword tools for you to check it. It can take a little getting used to, at first. But once you play with them a little bit they get easier to use, and it really helps to know as much about your niche as possible. That way you can hone in on the words that your audience are mostly likely to use to try to find the kind of content you have to offer online.

Check here Keyword Analysis Tools for choosing the right target keywords which builds the foundation for an entire SEO campaign. If the right keywords with the highest potential for return are not selected, the foundation of the campaign will be weak and, therefore, success is nearly impossible.

Learn more about your customers as a whole by researching your market’s keyword demand, Ranking for the right keywords can make or break your website. Will this traffic result in financial rewards or other organizational goals? Understanding which websites already rank for your keyword gives you valuable insight into the competition, and also how hard it will be to rank for the given term. Where do we get all of this knowledge about keyword demand and keyword referrals? From research sources like this-

Businesses find a platform with a large audience that fits their target market, and then they try to sell a product or their brand in a short amount of time. This is known as outbound marketing, and it has been the way consumers hear about the majority of products and brands.

Only recently has a new form of marketing emerged. It’s called inbound marketing, and in this guide we’ll be focusing on a very important ingredient of inbound marketing called content marketing.

The Right Content is:

  • Content that generates traffic, leads and (most importantly) sales.
  • Content that gets you traffic from Google. Yahoo and Bing
  • Content that establishes YOU as an expert (and someone people want to buy from).
  • In other words, rock solid content that you can build a business on top of.
  • Because when you do that, everything changes.

Backlinko may generate over 100,00 unique monthly visitors today, but this success came after struggled for YEARS…

NEIL PATEL on DECEMBER 2, 2013 said…

I’ve done marketing for 20 of the top 100 blogs on the web, and I’ve created 3 blogs for my own businesses that achieved at least 100,000 visits a month.

With Quick Sprout, it took me 4 years and 9 months to hit 100,000 monthly visits:

With KISSmetrics, it took me 1 year and 10 months to hit over 100,000 monthly visits:

And with Crazy Egg, it took me 1 year and 6 months to hit 100,000 monthly visits:

The amount of time it took me to hit the 100,000 mark decreased. I went from being able to achieve the goal in 4 years and 9 months to 1 year and 6 months.

Luck has nothing to do with this achievement. I actually have a formula, which works every time. And if I leveraged it again today, I bet I could achieve similar results in less than 12 months.

Quantity is king!

With Quick Sprout, I noticed slight gains when posting 2 pieces of content a week instead of

KISSmetrics only started to see big traffic increases when I started to publish 5 pieces of content a week. But with KISSmetrics, we went from publishing 2 a week straight to 5 a week.

This is why KISSmetrics had a much faster growth rate than Quick Sprout. In addition to that, we recently started testing posting 6 pieces of content a week instead of 5.

When we posted 5 a week, we had 422,885 visits a month.

When we tested posting 6 articles a week, our traffic went up to 501,573 visits.

By posting an additional blog post each week, we were able to increase our blog traffic by 18.6%. My experience of working with 20 of the top 100 blogs showed that if we published 3 pieces of content each day (21 pieces a week), we could easily get our traffic to over a million visits a month over time.

When posting in high frequency, make sure you are still maintaining the quality of your content. Writing a lot of blog posts that are low in quality won’t help you see a big increase in traffic.

Marketing is only the best way in online business

Search engine marketing (SEM)

Everyone else is spending money on pay per click (PPC). So spend your marketing dollars intelligently on your PPC channel. Make you PPC campaign successful.

E-mail Marketing… These days, we’ve replaced that message with Tweets, Likes, and status updates, but that doesn’t mean that our affinity for email is any less. In fact, because of the noise that is social media, one could argue that the inbox has become our virtual dojo, our place of solitude amongst the chaos.

This is why, as an entrepreneur, I believe that building successful email marketing campaigns has never been more important than it is now. But there’s a problem; most people don’t know how to do it right. So in the interest of furthering best practices and helping you succeed as a business owner, let’s get back to the basics and talk about how a great email campaign is built, from the ground up.

Feature Advert… “Featured” is a free module which allows to list ads as … well … featured. This ads will behave like any other ad with two differences. #1 In the frontend ads marked as featured will be always displayed before “normal” ads (so the sorting will be first by is featured flag and then by date descending) #2 the featured ads will have different background to make them standout more from the others.

Usually this kind of featuring is used along with Payments module, it allows site owner to charge Ad poster more but in return give his Ad more exposure on site.

Newsletters… a bulletin issued periodically to the members of a society, business, or organization. Newsletters delivered electronically via email (e-newsletters) have gained rapid acceptance for the same reasons email in general has gained popularity over printed correspondence.

Text ads… PPC (pay per click)-Compelling, targeted text ads are crucial to a high-performance PPC campaign. They’re often the first contact that a potential customer has with your site: they search for something related to your business, and your ad shows up in the results. Whether or not they click on your ad and get to your website depends on how powerful your message is and how relevant it is to what they want.

Since the PPC text ad is so often the “first touch,” it’s crucial that you get them right. Creating well-written AdWords ads offers some very obvious benefits:

Improved Click-Through Rate(CTR)

Better Quality Scores

Lower CPA (Cost per Action)

The most important things to keep in mind when writing ad text are making sure your ad is highly relevant:

To your product or service

To the searcher’s intent (which can usually be inferred from the keyword and context)

To your PPC landing page

Banner Ads… A web banner or banner ad is a form of advertising on the World Wide Web delivered by an ad server. This form of online advertising entails embedding an advertisement into a web page. It is intended to attract traffic to a website by linking to the website of the advertiser.

Building an email list… If you’re not building an email list, you’re making a HUGE mistake. Back when I ran ad-based websites, I thought to myself, “why would I EVER want to build an email list?”I didn’t want emails. I wanted pageviews… because more pageviews meant more ad revenue TODAY! To put this in perspective, had I built an email list, when a publicly traded company approached me to buy out my blog, I could have asked for 7 to 10 times MORE money than they originally offered.

Social media marketing (SMM)… is the use of social media platforms and websites to promote a product or service.[1] Most of these social media platforms have their own built-in data analytics tools, which enable companies to track the progress, success, and engagement of ad campaigns. Companies address range stakeholders through social media marketing including current and potential customers, current and potential employees, journalists, bloggers, and the general public. On a strategic level, social media marketing includes the management of the implementation of a marketing campaign, governance, setting the scope (e.g. more active or passive use) and the establishment of a firm’s desired social media “culture” and “tone”. To use social media effectively, firms should learn to allow customers and Internet users to post user-generated content (e.g., online comments, product reviews, etc.), also known as “earned media“, rather than use marketer prepared  advertising  copy. While social media marketing is often associated with companies, as of 2016, a range of not-for-profit organizations and government organizations are engaging in social media marketing of their programs or services.

Social media itself is a catch-all term for sites that may provide radically different social actions. For instance, Twitter is a social site designed to let people share short messages or “updates” with others. Facebook, in contrast is a full-blown social networking site that allows for sharing updates, photos, joining events and a variety of other activities. Other social media sites need to be connected like-Pinterest, Linkedin, Tumbler, Reddit, Stumblpin.

Social media can massively impact your business and its ability to generate traffic and sales. 78% of companies now have dedicated social media teams and 54% of B2B marketers claim to have generated leads using social media. When it comes to social media, you can’t just barge into the ‘conversation’ and ask people to buy something from you or to visit your website to look at your lovely homepage. You need to provide value first, and develop some goodwill between you and your potential ‘followers.’

This is why content marketing tends to work well, when combined with social media. With content marketing, you can first provide value to people, who will then be encouraged to visit your site.If your content is good enough, they’ll be persuaded to visit again, so that they can consume some of your latest content. They’ll also be more inclined to follow your social media profile, which can help drive traffic when you post content in the future.

Just because a piece of content is old doesn’t mean that it is not worth sharing. Thanks to tools such as Buffer, you can repost old content again and again, so that it gets the coverage it deserves.

Mobile Metrics…With an ocean of mobile apps available, it’s becoming increasingly difficult for marketers and developers to rise above and get noticed, and then to appear convincing enough at first glance to encourage people to download their mobile apps. Marketers and developers better understand how and why users engage with their app.

The way people interact with an app is different from the way they use websites. Mobile app analytics is about converting ad budgets to installs, and installs to repeated app usage and in-app purchases. Ultimately, the objective of a mobile app developer is to evaluate user lifetime value, retention, and the frequency of usage. Nearly 22% of apps downloaded are never used more than once. Users are easily impressed by the promise of new apps, but their high expectations are often unmet during the app experience. Mobile App metrics that matter are-Users, Session Length, Session Interval, Time In App, Acquisition, Retention, Lifetime Value.

Finally Tracking people with analytics Guide… guide to managing user identities In order to start connecting all your data to actual people, you’ll need two things:

USER IDENTIFICATION — your analytics tool must be able to identify users when they tell you who they are.

SIGNING IN — your users must sign in or identify themselves on each of their devices (PC, iPad, etc.).
